Yeppers...I'm following you...what
Can....I think Casy borrowed the neighbor's shovel because there would be Caylee's DNA on Grand Parents shovel if she used that one....I agree that Caylee at that ouint *WAS* buried on the GP's back yard....and Caylee was dug up...put in the trunk of the car...from the garage...to move to another location...hence the smell of dead body in trund of car.....hope the LE got that shovel from the neighbots......Destiny....Good Day Cage Mates!
and good day to you too Destiny!
On this premise then - who's shovel was used when first buried in the garden? (June 16?)  Wouldn't it have been Anthony's?
Casey borrowed neighbor's shovel on the 18th (reburial ?) - and shovel was returned in an hour.
Wouldn't, couldn't this mean there could be dna on BOTH shovels?
If you follow me?...

Yeppers...I'm right behind you...what if the GP's are short one shovel now?....
good, struggling to explain myself.
What is the GP's are short one shovel now?  All depends...if they are...did they tell LE?  Hope they haven't a shovel in their shed...and LE has them all!  Or, do you think if Casey took Anthony shovel, it was discarded and not returned to shed?

I don't know the laws in Florida but, if this were happening in NY and Caylee was found dead, Casey would have the right to visit the funeral home. It's the innocent until proven guilty theory. I think this may apply in all states.

When I worked the funeral home, we had a woman who was arrested for murdering 2 of her children, both under 3 years old. We, as the county appointed funeral home, handled the burial. I rec'd a phone call from a sheriff's deputy, making arrangements to bring the mother in between calling hours. I had carried babies out from their home where they were murdered. I dressed and casketed them. I cried the tears. I was livid that they would bring this woman to the funeral home and the sheriff understood completely, but they did. She came in shackles with 2 officers. We had to lock the doors and no one could be in there with her but the deputies.

I'm not sure Casey would even want to do this and again, they may not even find her. This is just something that brought flashbacks to me and I thought I would give ya'll a heads up.

Lord help me. I just found something with one of George's statements.

In our timeline here, on June 12: George Anthony says Caylee was spotted by friends of the Anthony family in a shopping area near the Orange-Seminole county lines. She was wearing a pink and blue outfit and white-rimmed sunglasses.

In the search warrant it says that on the 6th (or 16th if that was a typo) he reports that was the last he saw her and she was wearing a blue jeans skirt, pink top and white trimmed sunglasses.

George didn't see Caylee at the mall.  It was someone else.

Question:  So legally what happens from here if Mother of the year refuses to give any information to help everyone get off their a$$ and go look for the missing child?

Is it correct to say that if no evidence surfaces or not enough to charge her with homicide, then she sits in jail until her felony 3 neglect charge comes up?

I sure hope there is way more info. that we are not privy to.

Casey does not have to help - sad as that it.

She is facing 6 years for neglect / endangerment and lying to authorities.

she will be in jail until a trial on those charges or until they raise $50,020 dollar in cash to ensure her appearance at hearings and a future trial should one occur.

Thanks Rob!

So based on that ...6 years.  Why would she talk?  Much better deal that murder/homicide.  (If she was decent enough to say what really happened, she probably never would have done it in the first place.)

So basically there has to be enough evidence found for her to not get away with this right?

If this is true .... it would mean Cindy lied about the "fathers day" video ..... I'm sure that could be confirmed by nursing home staff

I think that video is the truth.  It was on father's day.  Where the heck was Casey?  Didn't she visit her grandfather on FD or did she have to work?

I know it's a horrible thought but maybe Casey is waiting until tomorrow, Caylee's birthday, to let  her family know what she did to Caylee.....and where they can find her

Something is telling me there is some major hate issue with granny and/or grampa, just my opinion.

You're absolutely right, BB. So, how long do you think that would take? What type of a distance are we looking at if that is factored in.

Very tight timeline if the shovel were only borrowed for 1 hour IMO. How long to bury a small body in a shallow sandy grave? 20 min? 30 min? that would leave more like 15 min each way for travel .......so what was the gas from the gas cans used for?  less time to cover over any burned remains of a small body.....

What if she stored the body in the backyard?

Then collected her thoughts and planned it all out?

We really don't have jack-squat for a timeline of Casey's whereabouts

that week. Except George's brief brush with her.... and he has been lying

his THINGS off.

Hi Carpo

But the dirt on the shovel does not match the dirt in the yard.

storing her in a sandbox or a doll house can be done with your hands maybe?

Oh, I mean it looks like she also dug somewhere else, too.  Sorry for the confusion.

I understand that, but the dates are what got me. He's stating she was spotted on the 12th at a mall. The video at the assisted living center was the 15th. He is also describing the same out fit for both dates.

Only 1 hour sounds more like using it for the break in on the

family shed to me.

I agree...I have thought all along the neighbors shovel was to break the shed lock....she stole gas cans with gas .....IMO, she might have taken a shovel from Anthony's shed. GP didn't report anything else stolen, but who knows....

I can see that.  But, where did the foreign dirt come from?  Also, if I was going to break something, I would ask for a hammer or something heavier.  Just my thoughts.

Mrs Krub, youre almost to 500 posts and you get PRESENTS!!!  Rob got me spayed for my 500th post.

we used to have little titles under the names of each poster..

I think it went

500 Monkey Junkey

1000 ----??? hmmm I forget

and it went in 500 post clips.

That feature was not added back after the crash.

before the crash, we had posters with 7000-10000 posts and it was all started at zero again when the board was back.

So in reality Klaas has 36000 posts plus the posts from before the crash.

I would bet she would be at 50000 total.

It's easier to explain why you need a shovel, IMO.

The dirt in the trunk does not match the dirt in the backyard. I don't remember LE saying they found dirt on the neighbors shovel.

For all we know, there could have been another shovel in Casey's car. She only told LE about the clothes that she washed on August 4th.
