Second ... Rob you might know ..... is there any reason that the media OR anyone could not have rummaged thru the trash to see what was in there?  Is garbage "private property"?

not private property, although the bags could have been on private property.

this is assumed to be trash and I don't think anyone can be arrested for rummaging through trash.

if the item is placed in the trash - anyone may have it with out the permission of the previous owner. Again, provided it was not on private property.

Once trash is put out on the curb for removal...it's fair game!  I can't believe LE would not have picked it up....who knows what evidence might be in there.

The better question is why in sam he!! are these people worrying about cleaning and trash removal when their grand daughter is missing and possible dead??

In that bond hearing video Cindy said at the time they thought Jesse was Caylee's father...sounds like she knows he wasn't her father now but the prosecuting atty didn't let her finish what she was saying.Cindy also said that Casey was working as a contractor/event planner for kodak thru universal and that she took a 3 month leave to have Casey.She also said Casey was covered by her job's medical benefits.
I really believe that Casey had Jesse and his family AND her family convinced that Jesse was Caylee's father.I also think Casey and Jesse were planning on getting married(pic of Casey in wedding gown).
I don't know what happened but somehow Jesse and his family had paternity tests done and found out Jesse was not Caylee's father........So either Casey is lying or Jesse and his family are lying.I'll go with Casey being the liar...she's already proven that.

I learned from the bond hearing video that George had just started a new job the monday before Casey was arrested.Cindy really couldn't recall where this job was but thought it was something to do with security.Does anyone know if they have a whole bond hearing video of George?
