Someone (not George) was the person/people who saw Caylee at the mall.  The police know this.  So George never actually saw her that day, it was all hearsay.

Is there a reason why the lawyer would think the judge would NOW lower Casey's bond?....did I miss something???

I understand that, but the dates are what got me. He's stating she was spotted on the 12th at a mall. The video at the assisted living center was the 15th. He is also describing the same out fit for both dates.

Oh, I see what you mean.

I can't seem to get my quote stacks right or my thoughts together.  I am going to make some mud puddles (otherwise known as coffee) and see if that helps.

Maybe a 3rd degree felony and a misdemeanor wouldn't warrant such a high bond.

If Casey's bond IS lowered ....... where's she gonna go when shes out?  She doesn't seem to have much of a support system and what she does have seems to be crumbling!

Thanks.  I am at work with no TV and trying to get something done for the first time this week.      Lots to catch up on.  As far as the time, I dont know.  It is 1:00 where I am at (Birmingham, AL) and my post says 4:42 I have yet to master that in 4 years.  Obviously I read more than I post

So... I just was thinking about how sick Casey must be.


June 16th - afternoon - her daughter probably dies - flurry calls

June 17th - afternoon - some phone calls of some sort

June 18th - shovel and probably gas cans - she could have very well buried her this day. - flurry calls

June 19th - nothing that we know of yet - tattoo maybe???

June 20th - Partying her ass off at Club Fusian on the dance floor. We have pics.
