Katz...I am still down 22lbs and holding..going back on diet Monday to get last 20 lbs off. Starting Yoga too next week..boyfriend and I are going to start ballroom dancing..years ago I used to be great!! So glad you are having so much fun!! AND getting skinny!!

Congratulations, ldstlou!!!!  And have way so much fun with that ballroom dancing!!!

I'm leaving this one alone AZL, I have seen quite a bit of talk about the little blurb said by Larry G this AM.  I actually was watching at the time--it was on where I was.  I didn't get out of it what others did.  I feel that it sort of took on a life of it's own.

I don't post that often unless I have something to share or just stopping in briefly read and catch up.  I often times, ok most of the times, I just jump right on in, say or ask what I need too and then pop out. I don't mean to seem rude.
