I think he loved Caylee that much...for 18 months she was HIS daughter...I think the love is for Caylee not Casie. I don't think he would do anything to hurt Caylee.

Yes but it's not sourced.  Just because it's posted doesn't mean it's true.  I'd like to see a source like a MSM report or a police report, not just someones timeline on a message board.

im reading that plans to go to the beach were made between jesse and casey on a now deleted myspace messege...did they actually go? i dont know yet, but i will keep looking..

April - yes I read that to but the way I read it is that Casey was inviting Jesse to go to the beach.  I haven't seen anywhere that they actually went.

My confusion is finally over.Sorry but you can't link to a blog site where people are speculating just like us and state that THIS is a true statement.If that was backing up facts...shoot,we'd have all the murders figured out by now.

George was well respected and liked. It says here that he retired and lots of retirees move to Florida.


Thanks Sled!  I Thought Geo looked retirement age but wasn't sure .... I just wondered what took them to FLA.

I think George is 58-59 right now but he left the police department back in 1989 so he would have been 39-40 at the time.Kinda early to be retiring IMO but maybe they have family in FL or something.

I read the Arrest Document as Casey told Jessie that Caylee was with a babysitter and they as in "they-Caylee and the babysitter" went to the beach.  Maybe I'm reading it wrong.

it's hard to get a read on Casey - she is one vindictive bitch - that's fer sure. She perceives her parents and brother as having turning on her, and that's the reason for the back to back cancellations of the visits.

if she gets that upset over something like that - one can only imagine what else could really tick her off.

I'm also not getting the impression she will crack. I'm not seeing anything to suggest she will crack anytime soon - and that's all probably under the advice of Baez.

Personally I think Jesse did not intentionally "lie" when he first gave police his statement about hearing Caylee in the background of a phone conversation on July 24th.  At that moment that was his "immediate recollection".    I do think that it is possible that when he heard Casey reprimand Caylee (perhaps a set up) he "thought that he heard Caylee or assumed he heard Caylee" in the background.  I do believe that it is also possible after thinking the conversation through, he may have realized that he really did not actually "hear" Caylee .... that he based his first comment on assumption that Caylee was there or why would Casey be reprimanding her .... I do not think he lied ... I think he just spoke without "thinking" the conversation thru.  I think when he realized that he in fact did NOT hear Caylee, he contacted athorities.

Something about the 3 911 calls is bothering me.

Call #1....Cindy is just pissed at Casey for"stealing her car?"

Call #2.....Cindy is still pissed about the car.

Call #3....Cindy is now hystercal about Caylee.

My question is do we have the exact times on all 3 911 calls and exactly when did George pick the car up,exactly when did Cindy smell the car?....ok,2 questions

Cindy found out something *bad* between call #2...and call #3...maybe George told her...

destiny, thats a very good observation....during the first 2 911 calls, gm cindy already knew caylee was gone, during call #3 she seems to KNOW caylee is probably dead...something did indeed scare her...the smell? probably...

On Greta's special last night (Sat. night) Cindy said:  that after the second call she was pacing and pacing and went outside to pace some more.  Lee was in Casey's bedroom talking to her.  After some time, Cindy went back into the house and walked toward Casey's bedroom and heard Casey telling Lee that Caylee had been kidnapped.  When Cindy heard that, she said she lost it.  That's when Cindy called the police the third time and told the police that her daughter had just admitted that Caylee is missing.

Puzzler, that you for posting that. I was wondering where I heard cindy say that she was pacing b/c in the arrest doc,  The defendant said she was "pacing and worring" and went to her boyfriend's house where she felt "safe".    No big find on my part, just their similarity. If she was that worried why did she not at least call her family, 9-1-1, or tell her boyfriend when he got home.
And why did she need to feel safe?

It does make me wonder about a split personality. I do want her to pay for her crime. I also still keep praying for this child.

I'm the mushy person who always feels sorry for everyone, so those who know me won't be surprised that I feel a little sorry for Casey's parents. I'm sure that they love her as much as everyone here loves their children, that they had big dreams for what they hoped she would be as an adult, and that they could not in their wildest dreams ever imagine that she would harm their beloved grandchild. I think maybe they're only now beginning to let themselves be convinced that something terrible was really done to little Caylee. 

It seems to me they might have been in that denial stage that everyone goes through when tragedy occurs.

I have to agree with you here BT. I feel sorry for them too. There are obviously deep underlying emotional/relationship problems between them, particularly Cindy and Casey. They are devastated. They are trying to do the right things here, I really believe that.

The thought that hit me the other day when George lost it and yelled at the reporters and all was that there are 5 stages to grief...... first the denial..... when George started yelling at the reporters I had to wonder if he is getting past the denial stage of his grief for Caylee and Casey too, as he knows that life for her as she knows it is most surely over, and is settling in to his anger stage of grief.... just a thought...
