I uderstood Cindy to say she and Caylee visited the GGF on Fathers day 6/15. Originally she had thought it was the 8th but when she saw the video she was reminded it was the 15th.

April where did you get the 30th, I thought you meant it was towed from Amscot(point of abandonment) to the wrecker place than??? as in on june 30th than Anthony's get registered letter on 07/11 from Wrecker company that would narrow time line of disposal.

no doubt you are on of the most informed people on the net - I []i]could read that a bit differently.

could be that results were not at all what we expected or they need to check again as they didn't come back backing a theory.

There is also the possibility that the FBI is still not using the advanced techniques of Interpol and Scotland Yard and this stuff needs to be tripled checked. Even with those techniques - it's not a total lock as proven in Maddie's case.

I think the theory is pretty much established that Caylee was dead and in the car - rightly or wrong, but that's the theory.

one last point - the stain would be the focal point and not the hair. The stain would be the most interesting to the LE. However, in an older car - I would expect all kinds of stains in the trunk... but not chocolate.

In order for the LE to zero in on any stain, it would have to meet several characteristics - color, texture, and not extremely old.

They are not interested in a stain that looks like oil or cooking grease from a grill from a cookout - it had to have some certain characteristics to even get them moving in a specific direction. [/i]



I haven't heard George OR Cindy try to explain the stain away ....  Has anyone else heard an explination/excuse for that?
 
 
 

The only thing I heard was the old pizza box with maggots etc. ...which was days old...heck..it had to be...27th car left...15th Cindy gets it back...thats a long time for cheese to be rotting and festering in a trunk!! Grossing me out!!! AAACCKKK! Then if it had pepperoni or sausage...meat left rotting for 18 days...it would not be pretty at all.

Good picture Carpe!!  Rob doesnt make sense that she did tell someone.  She obviously wanted to tell her folks, but couldnt get ahold of them.  Then it seems, she was at peace with whatever happened to the body.

Cindy gets car back the 15th...knows Casey is lying about where she has been. Picks up Casey...driving her around asking questions. Stops at police station...it is closed. Goes home..calls again...no police come yet. Here's Casey tell Lee she was kidnapped 30 days ago and then the last panic call. Police take Casey and the car the 16th after spending the whole night questioning her and then driving her around the 16th

yes absolutely - due to degradation of the sample.

Fat Cat this stuff is extremely complicated and I learned way more about it that I ever wanted to during Maddie's case while I was on the Mirror Board with the Brits and people from Portugal.

it is very very complicated and very reliable to a certain degree. At 51% - I would say that there has been a crime, but not defined as a fact. Even at 88% it's not a lock. A good defense attorney will exploit a 1% anomaly.

Omgosh guys .... sounds very "simplistic" and Casey style .... Please tell me LE woulda thought of this ..... can anyone tell me why they are not doing any land type of searches?  Or do you think they are and we (and the media, unlikely) don't know ...  They believe it's a homicide but yet they are not looking for a body?

Catching up, but bringing this forward in case it hasn't been cleared up. Cindy says in her first 9-1-1 call that she picked up the car that same day:

"Cindy: No, my car was stolen. We've retrieved it today. We found out where it was at, and retrieved it. I've got that, and I've got affidavits for my banking account. I want to bring her in. I want to press charges."
