Had the feeling from Greta's interview that Tony isn't exactly a fan of Casey's at this point. I would love to know if she ever got that call off to Tony from jail, and if so, how that all went.

Does anyone else think that we're not going to to know a thing about the forensics until open court?

Why is George being so defensive to a group of people that could possibly be instrumental in helping find your granddaughter?  If there is enough media continuing to press the information about Caylee...it is only a matter of time until someone sees something and calls the police. If she has truly been kidnapped...at this point...it would be hard to keep her hidden...now or even in the future.  Media attention would have everyone in the USA and the world looking and checking each child that seems to be in suspicious circumstances. MOO

I don't know about the call, CBB.  I have wondered why she hasn't been heard on the phone with him.  I can't imagine he is too pleased to be thrown into this.  Is he ever going to work again as a promoter? 

Also, she spent so much time with him after Caylee was missing, he has to know he looks bad.  I would think he has his own attorney.

I haven't seen Carpe around since two days ago, so I doubt he got the videos from last night, but I would love to forward that roommate's video to TJ for Layered Voice Analysis.

TJ has been kinda busy and has not LVA'd the videos I have already sent him, but that roommate was not entirely truthfully in regards to Tony and made a point of saying that he didn't want to put words in his mouth. I don't blame him, that was the cautious thing to do. But, there were a few questions he did answer, and I'm not convinced he told Girdle all he knew. (he does not have to tell Girdle anything, but only giving a snapshot of the events isn't doing justice to the case either).

Unfortunately, I don't think they will drop that bomb until either the arraignment next week or if/when they charge Casey with murder.

My bet is that Case's atty has cleared the way for George and Cindy, telling her how adament they've been that Caylee was kidnapped, etc, so Casey has decided to grant them an appearance.

After the visit, they got str8 in the car without speaking with reporters.

At one point during the visit, George tilted his head back while Cindy was speaking with Casey.

I honestly believe he's going through the processes of grief. I posted them a while back. Denial then anger. Next bargaining or compromise, depression and finally acceptance (not necessarily in that order).

Rob, I read somewhere (and I don't remember where) that the tapes do not have to be released if they're going to be used as evidence. I assumed that's why they didn't release the last one with George.

playing devil's advocate - that's an easy way to taint jury and never release the tapes. Just say they will be possibly be used as evidence.

The Law is on the books for a reason.

just guessin', but George is old school from an era when reporters did investigative work and blew the lid off of cases. Things have changed and the finger police now do their work as Klaas has pointed out so many times.

if George was smart - he would not turn his anger on them. They are only reporting the news, not digging through his trash - that's our job.
