The problem with Casey using a passport in her name would be the State Dept would instantly know, who would eventually tell the local LE. There is no way she could get a passport in someone else's name either - they have those things locked down rather tight.

and she could not have gotten the passport between the time she disappeared Caylee and when this was all discovered.

there is a huge backlog on passports, and I know because the post office I use is always talking about it.

it's like 10-12 weeks - so unless she planned to kill Caylee well in advance of what we suspect - I can't see her thinking that far into the future.

as for George not admitting or not knowing she had a passport - I can completely believe that one. He's a proven liar and he'll lie about the small stuff, so he could lie about anything and everything.

If the car had not been towed where would Casey be now? 

she abandoned the car.

doubtful she was using Amscot to avoid a parking lot fee.

plain and simple (to me at least) she ditched the car. It served it's purpose and smelled like a dead body. How could she keep driving that car around smelling like that? Even chucklehead Cindy said her clothes smelled horrible...so I doubt she ever planned to use that car again.

If Casey was truthfully refusing family visits like Baez SAYS... so she

can PROTECT Caylee and the family by not giving away vital info

in her recorded visits...

Why does she allow her family to keep scheduling family visits...

only to act like a beyotch, and cancel them right at the last minute?

That is the act of a spiteful little brat. It is a way of expressing anger...

It is like, I am not gonna see you cuz I'm MAD, so there... I canceled

another meering... so there! 

If she really wanted to protect the fam... she would most likely

block out all visits, in whole. She would most likely say, please

don't bother coming again and again, cuz I am not going to see you

at all.

Casey is cancelling her appointments with family because she knows that THEY know that Caylee is no longer alive and they know Casey is responsible...no matter what they are saying to the media.  Casey is going to continue lying even after the evidence proves otherwise.

LE will have to track it.  I'm guessing it's thousands in the last few months.

George Anthony told Eyewitness News he was supposed to meet in Oviedo on Tuesday morning with "people assisting outside the normal scope of things" and he seemed to suggest that the people are doing surveillance on kidnappers who he believes have his granddaughter.

"These people know they are being watched. They know it," George told Eyewitness News on Tuesday morning.

"Who are these people?" WFTV reporter Derrol Nail asked.

"I really can't get into that with you," George said.

"Are there people out there who can help you find these people?" Nail asked.

"Yeah, you would think that the people who have my granddaughter right now would be smart enough to turn this girl back in to her family. I don't want anymore of this going on," he said.

"You really believe that, George, with all the evidence out there to the counter?" Nail asked.

"Oh, deeply. You know something? Stuff that's out there so far, I hope I can say this as politely as I can, evidence that's out there is circumstantial. Evidence that's out there is being drawn up in someone's mind. Just because some things look like it's going in one way, it could go in a totally different way," he said.

Had someone stolen the car, chances are it would have been someone seedy, perhaps with a prior record, and they would have been caught in Casey's car minus Caylee, and a smell of decomposition. Yes, Yes, that makes sense!
