A wonderful poster with terrific reading comprehension picked up the mention of a passport--during the bond hearing.  It was said Casey didn't have a passport; but. . . the Prosecution said yes she does!

I'd love to know when Casey obtained a passport.

I think also someone from the Anthony's may have said today they

were considering suing the bloggers for what is being said

about Casey.

I saw some traffic from that on a blog somewhere...

Casey could have been going by that Amscot location like 24/7...

just waiting for that car to be stolen. ( so she could magically disappear )

Problem is, it got towed... and she was to busy with her own greatness to notice!

I think she damn well meant it in her 911 phone calls with mom, when she

said: JUST GIVE ME ONE MORE DAY!

It is what she desperately wanted... but would never get.

here's the problem with someone stealing the car from Amscot (not that Casey would know this)

but, the LE would have eventually found the video of who stole the car and would have seen that Casey and Caylee were not in the car.

the found J. Kesse's car on tape - remember

they would have figured that out too.

so it would not have looked like a mother and daughter

abducted and murdered.

she very well could have been planning to leave - and make a new life somewhere - but I'm not sure at this point.

and btw - Casey was / is 22 years old... most of the people I know that age

get a passport because they are planning a trip with their parents.

passports now cost about 150 smackers.

so, George could have very well known.

Rob,

Casey reportedly stole money from her parents; Amy mentioned $700 and money missing from her checking account.  Casey could have made the rounds (borrowing from one, stealing from another.)

LE will have to track it.  I'm guessing it's thousands in the last few months.

With the passport info now known, Casey wrote about a new life or something similar (around March 3?)

I don't think the passport info has been veryfied anywhere?

That makes it $700.00 from Amy.

Thanks Rob, for the recap!

Lots of talk of a passport................what's up with that?

Someone told me today that at the bond hearing George was asked if Casey had a passport, and he said No.  The prosecution then said, Actually she does have a passport.

I missed that completely.  It helps explain why they are not letting her out of jail, and it also explains what she might have had in mind to do.

Perhaps she was trying to get enough money together to get out of the country, especially after Caylee was killed, if that is what happened.

She was out partying and dancing to celebrate her freedom in a way.  She no longer had the responsibility of a child.  She would not have to go back to her parents house.  And she might be able to start life over again in some other country.

How did I miss this?  It explains a lot.  Maybe a few more days and she would have been gone.  Nothing left but a smelly car.  People would surmise she and the child had been killed.  Or at least that is what she might have hoped would happen.

Does anyone know if this passport story is true?

Had someone stolen the car, chances are it would have been someone seedy, perhaps with a prior record, and they would have been caught in Casey's car minus Caylee, and a smell of decomposition. Yes, Yes, that makes sense!

"Evidence out there is circumstantial being growing up in someone's mind," Anthony said. "They are narrow-minded; they don't have a lot of intelligence in their head. If they want to be negative, they want to have a one track mind, that’s on them not on me."

Anthony said that after his years serving as a sheriff's detective, he is approaching his granddaughter’s search his own way with the help of numerous other people including friends from his past.

"All I can tell you is that I have people that are assisting me and that's all I'm going to say," Anthony said.

I can see it now -

George Anthony (during pre-trial motions) : we would like to produce the records of everyone who slandered us but article 45 prevents us from producing those records.

That's so true, Carpe! I gave up my security blanket when I was four, and really just exchanged it for my pocketbook!

I had a death grip on mine when I had a wreck last year, and an EMS worker had gotten an old info sleeve from the glove compartment and "unbeknownst" to me called my ex-husband, who did arrive on the scene shortly. EMS was trying to take my pocketbook away from me, and he stopped them, explaining I'd feel better holding it!

I would love to know that too, Des. If she got the pants out and washed...

anything is possible at this point. I will say it again... Cindy should be in jail

at this point. John Q. Public would most likely be already there listening

to Casey's radio in her cell.

Assuming the car wasn't locked, I would guess who ever found the car might have gone through it looking for an owner, did they take anything? possible

Then if it wasn't locked the tow company might have browsed around for anything valuable or not so valuable...........there might have been any number of people through that car.
