Casey Anthony Could Be Released Tuesday

ORLANDO, Fla. -- With well-known celebrity bounty hunter Leonard Padilla in Orlando working out details to bail Casey Anthony out of jail, sources tell Channel 9 it could be at least tomorrow before she is released. If Casey is released, an associate of Padilla will live with her 24 hours a day, seven days a week, trying to get more information about missing Caylee Anthony.

Sacramento bounty hunter Leonard Padilla calls himself a media whore, and says coming to Orlando could be a win-win situation. In addition to getting national media exposure, he says he might even be able learn Caylee Anthony’s whereabouts.

"She's [going to] have to trust somebody or she's [going to] be sitting in jail for a long time, said Padilla." He thinks Casey will trust him because of his experience in dealing with similar situations over the past 33 years.

He says his nephew, Tony Padilla, the bail bondsman from California, is working through a Tampa-based bail bondsman to finalize the deal to post Casey Anthony's $500,000 bond. And he says he will pay the 50-thousand dollar fee to the Tampa bail bondsman out of the goodness of his heart.

"I don't think the baby's dead. I think the baby's alive and I think we can find her," added Padilla.

Padilla admits he's had IRS troubles over hundreds of thousands of dollars. His campaign website says he spent a year in federal prison over it. Channel 9 asked Padilla what he would do if Casey Anthony said things that would incriminate her in the disappearance of her daughter. "Find the body call the cops don't touch the scene," Padilla replied.

The $50,000 he's paying the bondsman is gone once he pays it. From that point, it's the bondman's fee to post the bond.

In other news relating to the case, Monday, Casey rejected another jail visit with her parents George and Cindy Anthony.

George arrived at the orange county video visitation center for his 9:00 AM visit only to be turned away. While he was there, George re-scheduled the visit for Thursday morning, and booked a visit on Saturday for his son and Casey’s brother Lee Anthony.

Channel 9 crews will remain outside the Orange County jail to bring you the latest developments.

Larry Garrison knows Dana.  Larry Garrison knows Red.  Larry Garrison spoke with Red (at least via email within the last couple days).

Larry Garrison can email Dana Pretzer if he wants.  I'm not sure though after Cindy cancelled and said Garrison told her to that Dana will want to have Larry on.  It will be up to Dana and Red.  Maybe there is a good explanation and or Cindy misunderstood.

Honestly, I think there may have been a misunderstanding on Cindy's part but since I wasn't part of the conversation, I can't say for sure.

Well I will say this.

Cindy Anthony called me at home approx 3 hrs before she was to go on air. She said she could not go on air because she was told not to.
She said she advised Larry Garrison that she was booked on my program and he advsied her not to go on.
There is nothing confusing about that. I know I have corresponded with Garrison and I will leave it at that. The family according to Garrison wants him to do any and all media appearences regarding thatis case, and he certainly demonstrated his ability to do that the other night on Greta's show. And my bet is he will be there tonight.
I plan on doing a Anthony related show tonight (Monday) at 9pm et.

Finally got it sort of but with some attachments blocked.  I have a feeling you may have a virus on your computer.

Anyway, have him email Dana, he should have Dana's email address.  He's been on Dana's show before.  He has Red's phone number as well.  Actually, Red spoke to him just yesterday or the day before

I know this may sound strange to some  but if someone who I did not know from Jack Chit were calling me to ask me to be on a show that I had been on in the past I would be asking Dana to call me also. In fact I can't figure out why Destiny  feels she should be doing all this arranging for Dana or for anyone else for that matter.

Some of my annuals did not come up this year so I planted 4 tomato plants...I kid you not...I have a 6 foot vinyl fence and my plants are about 4 inches shy of reaching the top...they are taller than me!!

Do we have any reliable indications that Casey did actually use any sort of non-prescription drugs? The reason I ask is that I can't make sense of her actions unless she was involved in drugs. Let's say she was with some other people, and everyone was high. No one was paying attention to Caylee, and a terrible accident happened. Since no one was thinking straight (and/or didn't want anyone to know what they were doing) they decided to try to hide the accident instead of calling 911. That's the only scenario I can imagine where someone wouldn't call 911 in a case like that.

I'm so sad. We're supposed to be a team here. When the going gets tough...that kinda thing.

Please, everyone, if you feel upset or stressed, take some time and refresh yourself. Don't throw the whole shebang out the window. We've worked too hard on this and we all need each other. Every single monkey adds knowledge, insight, vitality and something special to this cage.
