Yes and in the end his wife left him,he broke in her new house and stole some things and they were found at the local pawn shop. She believed he sold them for drugs. Also shortly after she left him she found out that the month before he had taken their 6 year old daughter along when he bought it,from a convicted sex offender..

Do we have any reliable indications that Casey did actually use any sort of non-prescription drugs? The reason I ask is that I can't make sense of her actions unless she was involved in drugs. Let's say she was with some other people, and everyone was high. No one was paying attention to Caylee, and a terrible accident happened. Since no one was thinking straight (and/or didn't want anyone to know what they were doing) they decided to try to hide the accident instead of calling 911. That's the only scenario I can imagine where someone wouldn't call 911 in a case like that.

No, we have no solid information regarding Casey doing any kind of drugs other than alcohol.

Thanks, Klaas. That's what I thought, but I just can't believe anyone who is alert and thinking straight would behave the way Casey has behaved.

Right, I agree.  Could be we just don't know about it?

I believe she has possibly been mentally ill for some time, you know, SERIOUS personality flaws.  Her family has enabled her for a long time.  I think it's entirely possible that she was a casual drug user on her way to a serious problem.  As I have stated before, I think she was doing something she shouldn't have been doing possibly in a place she shouldn't have been and her negligent parenting resulted somehow in her child's death.  Either that or she killed her child in anger.

If Caylee had died by any type of accident, Casey would have called 911.  She would have reveled in her role as the grieving dead baby's mother.

Why is everyone resigning from SM?

I'm just chiming in to say I'm staying.

Me too dang it!!  I've been here every day practically since the 2nd week or so June 2005 for Natalee and I'll be here for Caylee and all those missing.  Everyone needs to calm down.  We need everyone here.  This ain't no time to leave.  This ain't no time to be fighting.  I got a headache.....I don't feel good and all this fighting makes me feel worse.  Stop it!!

Does this diaper wipe really think that Casey is not going to hear it on television the 1000000000 times that we have heard it?

The girl is a liar not hearing impaired.

You don't think she is going to notice a big hooten fallootin mouth shooten guy in a black hat dressed like "Come down to Charley's for some duds" chompin' on his scraggly mustache looking idiot on TV?

I'm gonna go fight his horse for some aspirin.

BT that makes a lot of sense.  If everyone was not in their right mind they ALL may have helped hide the evidence.  I swear this is the weirdest case I have seen (other than Joran and the Kalpoes---Joran has competition here with Casey that's for sure).

that is so sad.

I sold my first "meth house" this summer!!! lol

Long funny story...neighbors said the previous owner was cooking crack...the house had been foreclosed on...I pulled a sherriff's report...I'll be darned he was.
The arrest report was the funniest thing in the world!! Guy got areested on a warranty...they took him to jail...he told the cops he thought he had left potatoes boiling on the stove...cops go back to check..and sure enough it was meth cooking...not potatoes.

How stupid is that one!!!! lol

The moral of the story is:  never insult someones mac even if you are just joking

LOL. That's that last straw. My mac and I are out of here!

All I said was that I was jealous of her mac.  I'm serious.  I would love to have one, just can't afford it right now.

Seems like Des would stay around to defend her Mac. Seriously though, I hope Des comes back.

Bondsman: Another night in jail for Anthony

Last Edited: Monday, 18 Aug 2008, 4:48 PM EDT
Created: Monday, 18 Aug 2008, 4:32 PM EDT

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) --  A bail bondsman says Casey Anthony will be spending another night in jail.

Tony Padilla says he plans to bail her out from the Orange County jail on Tuesday because of concerns about proposed home confinement conditions.

Padilla and his uncle, Leonard Padilla, flew on Sunday from California to Florida to try and post Anthony's bond.

Anthony is being held on $500,000 bond on charges of child neglect, making false statements and obstructing an investigation. Police say she lied to them and didn't report her daughter, Caylee, missing for more than a month. Caylee Anthony, who turned 3 on Aug. 9, was reported missing in July.

Casey and a bounty hunter from Padilla's team will be staying at Casey's parent’s house 24/7.  Leonard Padilla says he can get information out of Casey about her missing daughter. “Getting out of jail, big thing, very significant.  She takes a hot shower, does her hair, paints her nails…starts feeling human again.”

Padilla believes once casey is comfortable...she'll offer up the information. “We're not asking her the questions.  We're letting her divulge info without her being pressured being put in custody. It’s just a different atmosphere.”

(snipped)

and what if he's wrong? which he will be by the way..

and then what if she does offer if up, is he obligated to repeat all of her new lies?

I wonder if it could be possible that her mental illness came about after Caylee was born. She is in the right age range for that.
