Does anyone else remember the judge at the bond hearing saying that he had never seen a psych eval like this one?  I have been trying to find it but can't.

I thought the bond hearing was where they requested the psych eval. Let me go check.

Something has been bothering me.  These items found today, they must have been stashed on the bushes or something...otherwise, I would think that backpacks just left in the open, with other items...3 bags worth...would have been taken by someone by now...MOO

Yes. I think that is a condition of release.  She won't harm herself, they can stop worrying about that and she won't try to run for a few days.  It won't be until she's fed up with Deputy Dog and his nephew that  she will flee.  I can't believe no one thinks she's flight material.

What I don't get is why regular civilians can form search teams, Yet the police do not believe it is a kidnapping but yet they still don't search for a body either??

I remember in the Trenton Duckett case within days they had every place Melinda went..they had every ping from her phone they were out searching for Trenton, they also found similar stains of blood like substance but no body. Now a year later they think she handed him off to somebody.


I don't get why the LE is not out looking. Whether it is a kidnapping or a homicide they need to find her. What are they waiting for?

More sarcasm from me, 'that is right - she has party's she needs to attend she must see her latest flavor of the month.'  What a big bunch of idiots.  I really hope they find this little girl soon, get this whole mess over with.  It would be great to think she is alive out there - but I doubt it.  The longer it takes the worse this gets.
