Casey said zenaida-fernandez-gonzalez in the beginning. She probably has changed that now to hernandez, so they will have to start all over in the search for a woman who does not exist

definitely not tax evasion.  I paid approximately $600,000.00 in taxes due
and I did 1 year in a federal detention center from February 1992 to
February 1993."

"Even though the federal probation recommended 5 months home
detention, the IRS investigator (girlfriend of the federal prosecutor)
insisted on me doing 1 year in prison and I went along with her.  So I said
'let's do it'."

I agree klaas. He says he is not looking for publicity or $$$$,,,his family has been touched by this sort of tragedy and he is only wanting to bring Caylee home, one way or another and bring some sort of closure to those involved.....

I figured as much. Many bail bondsmen and bounty hunters are x-criminals.

I would bet that the Padilla's will have a camera crew taping every minute of their time locked up with Casey whether in a "safe" house or the Anthony's home.  The website of the bounty hunter describes how they made his show for Nat. Geo.  They had a camera crew follow them around for two years!  Oh yeah!  Casey's going to be a TV star!!!

It'll be sick but we'll be unable to look away.

I'm gathering that those in the know think that murder charges or possibly a grand jury indictment are coming down very soon.  Apparently, it is not unusual to bond out a prisoner right before the charges come down.  Sometimes the prisoner talks more.  Padilla is a show-boater and is playing this game for the money.  They want to make the money on this case before Casey is convicted because afterwards the Anthony's can't take any profits.  This is just what I'm trying to glean by skimming through tons of stuff most of which is drivel.

Apparently, there are two holds on Casey's bond.  We don't know what they are.  Might be a psych eval or something else.  These would have to be satisfied before the judge would release her.
