There is the possibility that this is all a scam--a publicity seeking scam for the bounty hunter with his own TV show on National Geographic.  What if they get to Florida and something happens and they don't bail her out?  They have still profited from publicity they could not have bought at any price.  After all, who ever heard of Padilla the bounty hunter before?  Not me.  He's no Dog.

And she is not being just detained she is charged with a crime and a judge set bail, nobody just walks after 31 days and not post bail.. This man is simply a bounty hunter lol he acts like he knows all the info on the case as if he was a key investigator. What mekes him think Casey is gonna talk to him...well maybe he will offer her some money who knows at this point

I basically thought the same thing as you guys....isn't she going to have a hearing on the 21st??

The part I thought was interesting in the posting was the speculation that Casey drove to the area and was supposed to pay money, but when she didn't have it, Caylee was taken instead. 

I know it's far-fetched, but I hadn't read that take on in the forum.  Something different...

After seeing this mess with Garrison tonight I can truthfully say I have seen the best con job ever.  How in the world would the FBI, who has seen all the evidence, not think this was a kidnapping and these people do?  I do not understand it at all.

That doesn't make sense Puzzler.  If she was on drugs that bad that they took her child, then she still deserves to be in jail, and her parents need to find the money to pay the bad guys to get Caylee back....and leave Casey there.   No, this didn't happen.....

I agree with you...I don't think that happened either.  I really don't think Caylee is alive anymore (and it's very disturbing).

They'll find Caylee's body then her spokesperson and the rest of them will claim the kidnappers must have killed Caylee.  Then LE will have to prove it was Casey.
