Well looks like Padilla just told us what the secret hold was lol   

I'm not watching, what did he say was the "secret" hold?

Well there are 3 hold before she can be released, home confinement, notifying sheriff office, and this secret hold. So Padilla says Oh yeah she has to notify sherriff, home confinement and the psych eval. (hence the secret hold)

That was no secret.  She had to have 3 psych evals done within 30 days, right?

Yeah I don't think it was a secret to anyone with common sense, but they kept saying the 3rd hold was secret.The two they disclosed were home confinement, and notification

What upsets me, right now, is they know whethere those things are Casey's and Caylee's.  Are they searching there.  And the only reason they dont' just strong arm her to tell (like in the movies) is that because they know her mind is too fragile and they would lose all hope of ever getting her to say where Caylee is???

Bearly, she had a psyche on entry - and she has been in jail for 30 days.

if she was psycho - she would have been transferred to a hospital with a round the clock observation.

she's not nuts - just and over indulged sck bitch with no concern for for anyone but herself.

she says Caylee is in danger - yet does nothing to help find her and in fact had 30 days on her own to "find" her and partied the whole time.

I hope she stays in jail and gets moved in with the hard core criminals - that will get her talking as faster than you can imagine.

Padilla says he is looking for a live Caylee

the police have no indication that Caylee is alive and no evidence that anyone else but Casey is involved. She and her whole clan has lied for a month now.

to Padilla this is a live / living missing persons case.

how utterly ridiculous does that sound?

seeing as how Caylee is 3 years old with no job, no clothes and no one to feed her and her mother is not at all concerned.

it leads one to believe the worst.

for me this case is one of the worst of all time.

some many people with no concern for a little helpless defenseless girl.

everyone involved only cares for themselves all the while pretending the care about Caylee.

I've seen some good actors and actress over the years, and none of these people even rank a remote second.

I agree completely...However I have some questions maybe you can help with...Let's say those items found on the 17th were Casey's and Caylee's or even the purse contents dumped..Then where the heck is Caylee?Do you think she dumped that stuff to make it look like a kidnapping? Because I can not come up with anything else right now that would explain Caylee being hidden so well and everything else just out there in a Park.Unless she didn't hide the body being she doesn't know where Caylee is..
