Also, does anyone think Deputy Dog is a bit perturbed over the not being able to talk to Casey?  I would think the nephew could pull his bond at any time.  How many days do we have left?

Padilla predicted on tv yesterday...that Caylee will be home within 7 days...my prediction is, if Baez doesn't go back to the original agreement he had with Padilla, to get him to bond Casey out...that bond just might go bye bye the end of next week...

Yes, same photos can be accessed through the link I provided.  By the way, just because George said this photo was when Casey was pregnant it doesn't make it true, nor does that mean pregnant with Caylee.  I'm fairly certain this photo was taken in 2007 well after Caylee was born.

One of the myspace comments commented on her new "blond" hair. That would give us a date. I don't know if I have that comment but I'll look.

Anyone else have that comment??

I wouldn't be surprised if Geraldo, baez, and padilla are working together and feel a kinship possible based on a common ancestry. And that baez is spreading casey's lies intentionally or b/c he is a idiot.

And I don't understand why baez couldn't go to the house for the meeting.

I would hope that once you are put in jail that it would be manditory to test for pregnancyr the safety of the unborn child and aids for the safety of the staff, but I don't know.  Any idea of which sites you were on last night?

This all started with wondering IF Casey had to take certain tests.  And with those tests...came this ongoing conversation.  Within this conversation, there is concern with a alleged statement to someone by Cindy referring to Casey and 'the next one not ...blah blah blah born into this...poison...blah blah...blah....so....we were just wondering if there is in fact a statement that could have possible been made by CinCin... if so...I'm kinda thinking Casey is what..a baby factory?

No...this is all to wierd..  so I've been looking to see if I could find such a statement.. and so far, I can't find anything...good luck to anyone with better windows skills than me. please assist..cause if this story fairy tale of Cindy statement is valid..this is just to scaaaaaarey.

Not only that but it would lead me to think that lil Caylee is gone forever.. anf that would suck so I am trying to find out to see if it is false statement thats just generating to make Casey look like a wonderful parent.

Boy oh boy!  When the prosecution gets these photos up at the trial and the jury sees them and it's hammered home that she was hanging out with these people during her pregnancy and partying the entire time...well add to that everything else and I think if I was Baez I would be making a deal right now.  Casey can't get a fair shake and it's nobody's fault but her own.  Man o man!  I would not want to be her attorney.

Was reading the Tony Padilla thread at WS, and that is what I am getting out of his answers there also. He was also asked about his uncle telling the "kidnappers" to drop Caylee off at a Walmart, or drugstore and said something to the effect that he had tried to talk to his uncle about that statemenet...

NO, Padilla can't simply take his money.  Padilla is out $50,000 no matter how you look at it unless the Anthony family somehow reimburses him.

Casey only has to go back to jail if she violates her bond or if LE charges her with additional crimes.

I listened to the phone call tape provided by Klaasend yesterday (thank you Klaasend) and was amazed.  That tells everything.  There is no love, no compassion whatsoever for Caylee in that tape.  All she wants is Tony's phone number.  The girl talking to her asks all the right questions, and Casey says all the LE has to do is listen to what she is saying and look up the baby sitters name.  She does not want to be bothered with it at all.  I had to listen to it twice to believe it.  Then this morning I watched the film of all of Caylee's pictures.  It looked to me like Cindy had provided all the love and the things to make it look like Caylee has a normal childhood and is loved, and Casey just pops in the picture to make it look official.

So.........when the 7 days are up what happens?  If he can't get his money back and send her back to jail..then what?  I was under the impression he only lost the money if additional charges were filed...but I have yet to understand that entire process.  That's good, I guess, meaning I have never had to deal with that stuff.  Thank God for that.

Does he and Tonto just pack up and leave them there?  Who is watching Casey then?  Please tell me they aren't going to trust the parents to keep her at home?
