Casey takes Caylee with her somewhere. Casey gets high and Caylee has a fatal accident. Casey tries to call George and Cindy, but they're ticked at Casey and don't answer. Casey makes the very bad decision to cover up what happened. When George and Cindy find out what Casey has done, they agree to help with the coverup. Hence all the lies and discrepancies.

I'm with you on this, girl.  How can anyone with two brain cells not have a very strong suspician that Casey is lying AGAIN and that she has done something terrible to Caylee or to hide a fatal accident?

I have to admit - I am confused.

I think most people on the net are confused about several aspects of the case, if not many or all.

There's what I don't understand - why would Whoreldo get on the air this morning and repeat hearsay?

I just don't understand that. What on God's green earth would lead him to believe that Baez has any info relevant to the case that is not skewed?

and why is he so gullible that he believes it? Someone said Whoreldo should be questioned - I agree.

personally, if there was a new piece of info that would exonerate my client, I would either

1 use my own private detectives to check it out and not tell anyone, including Whoreldo.
2 call the FBI and at least clue them in that there is new info so it is entered on the record (so it can be mentioned and questioned at trial).
3 call the local LE to make sure they are aware.

by the actions of Whoreldo and Baez, I can only believe there is nothing here but more obfuscation. But I have been wrong before and will be again.

This whole case seems really strange to start with and every day reveals more non-sense.

I sure hope the FBI and OCSO have their bases covered.

Honestly this sound like a classic case of blame shifting. Who better to have spin some new story of kidnapping drugs and call girl services than Geraldo? Well maybe Springer but you get the point. Geraldo is trash journalism. If he says something that ends up not being true who cares but it makes for good TV..

I don't think Jesse and his family are involved.  Jesse phoned the police right away and talked to them.  If he were involved, he would be laying low, I think.  And his dad has discussed the case on his website almost daily.

If there is any way that Caylee is still alive, it is because Casey was working as a prostitute or drug delivery girl, IMO.  Or if Casey did not kill Caylee, but Caylee is dead, I think the same scenario is at work.  It is possible Casey got in with some violent people or persons who took Caylee for their own perverted reasons and have killed her or kept her as a sex object.  I apologize for being so graphic, but that is what could have happened if Casey was taking her into risky situations.

In such an event, Casey would be in no position to tell the LE because she would have to be admitting to a crime.  I keep harking back to the Paige Birgfield case, where the young mother ran an escort business and usually met her clients in parking lots and left with them. 

The keys to the case, IMO, are what Casey did during the day and he abandoned car.  Casey may have used the Parking lot as a meeting place for clients or a drop off place for drugs.  Something went wrong and she abandoned the car there and was afraid to go back for it and afraid to tell her parents about it.  That is the only way I see that she is not directly and solely involved in what happened to Caylee.

Please allow me one moment of brief insanity here to explain something I think we have all overlooked.  We are all making fun of Casey's attorney and saying things that to some extent I agree with....BUT...this is still America and last time I checked everyone was entitled to have an attorney if you are accused of a crime.  So regardless of what we think about defense attorneys they have a purpose.  I won't blame Baez for anything he does to try to get his client some relief.  I think he knows she is guilty, but that is not his job, it is to provide legal assistance to his client.  So I think we should all keep in mind that everyone is entitled to an attorney that is a US citizen and even some that are not get it.

Don't get on my case about what I just said...I am on the side of Caylee.  If Baez manages to find Caylee...dead or alive...I will give him that one.  At least he's out trying to do something and not sitting at home eating pizza and whining about the lawn being covered in reporters. Now Deputy Dog and Tonto are another thing...but I can't say anything good about them yet. 

Now, I am going to sit in the corner...no one had better hurt my feelings tonight.

You are absolutely right, Lala's.  Defense attorneys do serve a purpose and if one of my children were charged with a crime, I would want them to have the best defense attorney available, even if I suspected they were guilty.  BUT...I would NEVER work for a criminal defense firm...NEVER!  Of course they represent innocent people, but I'm certain that most are not and I just could not smile and bend over backwards to help someone I thought may have molested, raped or murdered another person.  I think I'm pretty liberal.  I'm a Democrat (dodging the potato launcher) but I do believe in punishing the guilty, including capital punishment. 

What bothers me about Padilla is Casey seems to have really charmed him.  I think he believes her.  I noticed the way she was turned towards him and her hand rested on his chest when they were leaving OPD.  Her body language tells me she is trying to seduce him in some manner...play him up and use him.  JMO

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - Columbus Police are following a tip that a 3 year-old missing Florida girl may be in Columbus.

Caylee Anthony was reported missing in Orange Beach Co., Florida by her grandmother on July 15th -- almost a month after she went missing.

Her 22 year-old mother was arrested previously for neglect and was released August 20th week on a $500,000 bond.


Wasn't Jesse supposed to be in Georgia now?

A big piece of the puzzle is where Casey went and what she did during the day, when others, including her parents and Clint House, thought she was going to work and dropping Caylee off with a sitter.  So far, nobody has come forward to say that they saw her everyday at the mall, the library, the park or anywhere else and no day car facility has said that Caylee sometimes stayed with them and no sitter has been found.  That means Casey and Caylee were probably together all the time and went somewhere different every day, maybe even out of town.  I think, if this is true, Casey was working as an escort or call girl or a drug mule.  A woman with a child would not arouse suspicions if she checked into a hotel or appeared at an apartment.  Caylee could have been drugged or just put in another room during these activities.  Casey could have altered her own appearance so she would not be recognized.  She desperately needed money and it is very possible she went into either of these lines of work, without advertising that fact online as Paige Birgfield did.  Paige used to meet her clients in a parking lot and leave with them.  Casey could have done that.  Maybe some violent type decided he liked little girls too.  I know this is speculation, and others have mentioned it, but Casey and Caylee had to be somewhere during the day.  She may even have gone to other cities, such as Jacksonville, to meet clients or to deliver drugs.  Just a thought, I have no proof of it at all.

Maybe she never needed a baysitter until recently?

Could George have been unemployed until recently and watching her?

Just called the Columbus Polise Dept...talked with a Great Sgnt there...he COMFIRMED there is an *active* search going on...I then called the Muscogee County Police Dept...they are waiting on word fro Colubus LE as to issue an Amber Alert...the Great Srgnt. and Colunbus Police Dept...has my cell phone #...he said he will call me back as soon as he hears anything ...
