I understood Casey was not to tell Padilla a thing or even talk to him, re Baez's instructions, so this Columbus tip, coming on the heels of her release is very odd.  Maybe she told her parents or Baez something.  If it is just another so-called sighting,  I don't think they would be taking it very seriously.  Yes, I agree that there is so much we do not know and so many lies, but I still doubt Casey will end up looking like the mom of the year.

How far is Columbus from Orlando?  How long would it take to drive up there?

If it is a wildgoose chase, I suspect Cindy and/or Casey of starting it.  Padilla and Baez will not want egg all over their faces, will they?  I doubt they will just toss out a place and come up empty.  They would look ridiculous. But then, they already do in a way, and maybe they want to get the media away from the Anthony house.

I find it totally surreal that the OCSO would let Casey sit in jail for a month on $500,200 bond for neglect and child endangerment and NOT check all avenues. I also find it even more surreal that Casey would sit in jail for a month reading and sleeping while her daughter was in danger. She had no clue she would ever be bailed out. SHE'S A NUTBALL - BUT IS SHE THAT MUCH OF A RISK TAKER? She says she loves her daughter - but sitting in jail and not cooperating is a dangerous game to play with the life of someone you claim to love.

Why not, Rob? I can tell you that, as the mother of a baby, I am in and out of my trunk all the time removing her stroller, diaper bag, and other gear. I'd expect my DNA (and that of my husband and daughter) to be all over my trunk.

I know where you're going with this whole DNA thing, but I don't think it's all that unusual to find it in the trunk. I guess it also depends on what kind of DNA/fluids you're talking about.

I did not abandon ship! Of all the freakin' times to have cable problems, I get them at 3pm yesterday.

I literally rigged my computer to my TV cable to be able to get on now. Still not acting right and I don't know if it will last so, I just wanted to let you know.

If I'm not on for a few days, it's because I'm waiting for repair service.

George and Cindy both say Casey left every day with Caylee during the week.  Clint House said the same thing more recently.  And I think if George were the sitter for a long time, friends and neighbors would know that.

It is either casey or george last seen with CAYLEE..From there I believe is the answer to CAYLEE..JMO

FYI I haved decided to type CAYLEE in all caps now to draw attention to her name and have decided george,cindy,and casey deserve all lower case..Because they are low low people...

I've also got to say this.

IF by some miracle Caylee is found in Georgia, my wish to see Casey convicted has just increased 100 fold.  That would be she (Casey) kept her mouth shut for a MONTH while in jail about the kidnapping of her daughter.  She should not be a mother and she should be in jail.  IF that is the case.

Personally, I'll believe it when I see it.

COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - Columbus Police are following a tip that a 3 year-old missing Florida girl may be in Columbus.

Caylee Anthony was reported missing in Orange Beach Co., Florida by her grandmother on July 15th -- almost a month after she went missing.

Her 22 year-old mother was arrested previously for neglect and was released August 20th week on a $500,000 bond.


Wasn't Jesse supposed to be in Georgia now?

Please just give me one small tid bit of an idea as to how Casey is so helpful now at home and forthcoming with information that she could not divulge in jail.  What, is all the information written down in her scrap book under her bed?  Please.

Let's hope she is more helpful than she was leading every one to her office at Universal studios.  Now we are on round 2 of the goose chase now that she is out of jail?  Speaking of Georgia, wasnt there a bride that sent LE all over looking for kidnappers that didnt exist.

What moron sits in jail for a month refusing to say a word when she allegedly knows how to end this?

I see absolutely NO reason why she could not provide new leads to the police while in jail.
