I am confused on the Clint seeing Casey story...someone help me.  Clint is claiming he saw Casey on June 15, but has no idea if she stayed the night of June 15?  do I have that right?  I think I misunderstood what he told Greta. I was under the impression he said Casey did stay the  night of June 15 and Caylee was not with her.  That is what I have thought all this time.  Boy!  I missed that one.

Clint said Caylee never spent the night.
Clint said he went to see his own father on fathers day(in Jacksonville)
Clint said he DID see Casey at Tonys sunday night but doesn't know if she stayed the whole night because usually when Casey stayed the whole night,he saw her in the morning on his way to school.
Clint cannot remember if he saw Casey that monday morning or not.

Here is what I don't get about Casey's actions. If she knows Caylee has been kidnapped, and if she's concerned about Caylee's well being, why could she not disclose whatever she knew when she was in jail? If my baby was missing and I was concerned about her, I wouldn't sit silently on my butt in jail all those days and not tell the police everything I knew. 

What if you did tll them all you knew and they kept sayin you killed your kid???

Baby Bear: I am not taking Caseys side by all means.  I am neutral, I am not stating anything but the facts.  She has not be proven guilty for murder or harming her child but she is a person of interest.  HOWEVER, haveing LE blocking the way to the car would not have cost a dime.  They were standing in the background so they were there.  They put MEDIA, LAWYERS, and other innocent people and Caseys life in danger.  She is obviosly hated and people want to kill her so, who is to say some one couldnt have shot off at them and killed per say..........the Fox News Reporter.  Someone who has a family and was only soing there job.  Poor choice of judgement on their part.

Have you guys noticed how women who commit a crime usually come up with a very convenient minority to blame.

Diane Downs said a "bushy-haired stranger" walking along the road flagged her down and shot her kids and then disappeared into the dark. 

She was one of quite a few perps who saw bushy-haired strangers do terrible things.

Susan Smith said a black guy in a knit cap took her car with her kids in it.

The Runaway Bride claimed some Hispanic people who were nice to her on a bus did something bad.

Now Casey has a Latina kidnap her missing child.

Unfortunately she does not seem to have the imagination of a Susan Smith because thus far she has not come up with a description of Zanny.  Is Zanny tall or short, fat or thin, black hair or dyed red or blonde, wears a lot of makeup or none, any tattoos or distinguishing marks like moles, a hair lip perhaps a limp, is she pigeon toed, does she have a big ole butt or breast implants, curly hair or straight, strong Hispanic accent or none at all, big nose or little one, and what was Zanny wearing the last time Casey saw her?  I have never heard her or her family issue any type of description of this nanny that Casey supposedly knew for several years.

Well, if the police refused to follow up on bona fide information about a kidnapping, then I'd say the police need to be reported to someone higher up on the ladder. That would seem to me to be a very odd reaction on their part. However, I was responding to this line in the article Blonde posted on the previous page:

"He said she is providing more details she couldn't give in jail."

It seems odd to me that she knows details that could help locate her missing baby, but "she couldn't give them in jail." Hmmmmm.........

Right,Casey knew details while her baby was missing for 30 days,did her own so called investigation,sat in jail for another 30 days with these DETAILS while her baby was STILL missing and now that she's free....she is going to tell them those all important details that she held in for 2 months while her baby is missing......Lord,I'm happy Casey is not my daughter.

I think now she is able to talk freely because she is going to be incriminating certain people in things that maybe she didn't want to get them in trouble...Now she can tell her lawyer and parents where and what she was into without someone listening in.

She could have told her atty anytime.Those conversations are not recorded in jail.I think IF Casey was so worried about her precious baby's safety....she would have told her atty about 30 days ago.

It would not surprise me if that is the next move by Garrison and Baez, especially if they read this forum.  Yes, tomorrow we will all get a vague description of Zanny the Nanny or maybe they will just take the Susan Smith description of the carjacker who took her kids and give him lighter skin and longer hair.

Then they can report that Zanny has been spotted getting her nails done, filling up a car with gas, playing bingo at a casino, hiking in the mountains, skiing in Switzerland, keeled over drunk in a bar, trying to snatch another toddler, and dancing the Mexican Hat Dance at a local fiesta.

I cannot wait.  Who knows...I could be reading the National Enquirer right next to Zanny at WalMart tomorrow and not even know it.

I can respect that Shellbell, but if I for some unknown reason gave my child or left my child (I dont believe this) to someone and waited all that time to tell and then said she was in danger then by gosh why cant she be charged with another kind of child endangerment or something and be put back in jail.  And before anyone blasts me, yes I wanted her to come out because I thought something would happen and it didnt.   And no, I dont believe she was kidnapped.
