I think now she is able to talk freely because she is going to be incriminating certain people in things that maybe she didn't want to get them in trouble...Now she can tell her lawyer and parents where and what she was into without someone listening in.

She could have told her atty anytime.Those conversations are not recorded in jail.I think IF Casey was so worried about her precious baby's safety....she would have told her atty about 30 days ago.

Oh, I totally agree that if Casey thought her child was missing, normal Moms would be a motor mouth to anyone who could help! I did, however see something about this case that suggested that her conversations with her atty could be evesdropped while she was in jail. I don't remember exactly the rationale, but it had something to do with it being an ongoing, active investigation. So, if there was reluctance to speak openly, it was purely to protect Casey.

On Nancy Grace: Garrison says "Casey is talking freely with her parents, and LP is saying that Casey is not concerned with Caylees safety because she is with someone that she has been with before."




 

I will say it again and I don't care how anyone else feels about this.  If Casey knows who Caylee is with and hasn't told LE all of this time Casey needs to spend the rest of her life in jail.  Sorry but that's just plain WRONG.  She should never be allowed to see Caylee again.  This really pisses me off.

So they asked the BG how will they help find Caylee, he said by keeping Casey safe so she could provide the leads...And Padilla mumbled 7 days...I'm telling you IMO they are giving her 7 days to find this little girl and if she does not they are revoking the bond!!! They is no way they will stay and watch her until trial.Padilla said that they had to meet to go over the agreement of her release..And i think that is one of them...Padilla can't question her so he said you have 7 days!!!

I hope so.  She really needs to be back in the slammer.  Also, if she is talking freely with her parents, they should be hauled before a grand jury.  Whatever she tells them is not privileged. Even if she tells them in the presence of her attorney, it is not privileged.  Also, if her parents sat in with her meeting with Baez today, whatever she told her lawyer in their presence is not privileged either.

That Padilla guy looks like the character "Curley" in the movie "Oklahoma."  I expect him to break into song at any minute. Of course without that big black hat, it wouldn't be as effective as Gordon McCrae's version.

It appears that Baez changed the terms after it was agreed to because for sure Padilla expected to let Casey have a hot shower, have her nails done, eat a good meal and tell him what happened to Caylee.  She would be relaxed and would just blurt it out and he would then find Caylee in seven days.  Now that he can't talk to Casey he needs to go to plan "B" which I hope is revoking her bail and heading out to CA.   

I have never seen such a bunch of absolute idiots.

Did anyone else find it interesting that Mrs. Control did not go with Casey and George to see the attorney.  Maybe she and Casey are already at each other's throats.  If Casey is talking, she is feeding her mother a line of baloney and that is about it.  I also agree with the person above (sorry, I don't see the name now) who said that Padilla keeps harping on the seven days.  No way he can stay here until Casey goes to trial.  If he wanted his 15 minutes of fame, it is about to run out, and he will not want to drain his pockets.  He will probably give this charade a week and then hightail it back to wherever he came from.

I totally agree ... the "run away mother" and I use the term lightly..mother..

should have her scrony arse kicked for even allowing this to go on ..if she "knows" what is going on.  I am pretty sure she is not working under cover for the CIA and Caylee is some informant... Seriously, there is no excuse.

She should have to pay the city of Orlando back as well as the state of Florida for these shenanigans.

She best pray there is not a sniper outside that 150 ft.

Susan Estrich has the most strange way of talking! I will say though, she had one of the best facelifts I've ever seen. It didn't make her pretty, but it flat out took years off of her! You don't realize it until you take a look at her pics just before the lift.     Oh, well. Sorry for the O/T!!

Casey has been out of jail barely a day and she and her family and lawyer are already tripping over their stories. 

Which is true?  "I looked for Caylee on my own because I saw a movie where the kidnapper hurt the child and I did not want that to happen to Caylee."  "Zanny loves Caylee and stole her because she wants Caylee to be her own little girl."  "The people who have Caylee might hurt her or Casey or the whole family.  Casey is not telling more because she is protecting us." "Casey will stay in jail forever to protect Caylee and the rest of the family."  "Casey cannot tell the whole story unless she gets out of jail."  "Casey wants out of jail so she can help search for Caylee."  "Casey is very concerned about her daughter."  "Casey is not worried about Caylee because the person who has her has kept her before." "Caylee could be anywhere."  "Dad, I feel she is close to home."  "Casey will be home by her third birthday."  "We will get some good news this week."  "Caylee should be home in seven days."   It is insulting to he intelligence of the public and no jury would fall for it.  Unless this is some sort of preposterous hoax, a la the runaway bride, Caylee is long dead.  Either way, Casey has committed a criminal act.

Yes, you're right.  And George is surrepticiously and discretely watching the perpetrators with that great ridiculous big old billboard trailing behind his car.
Sadly, I believe that Caylee has been dead for nine weeks or thereabouts and the only thing Casey can do now is tell the authorities where she placed the body.  Maybe she could do this one honest thing in her whole miserable life, but I doubt it.

I am confused on the Clint seeing Casey story...someone help me.  Clint is claiming he saw Casey on June 15, but has no idea if she stayed the night of June 15?  do I have that right?  I think I misunderstood what he told Greta. I was under the impression he said Casey did stay the  night of June 15 and Caylee was not with her.  That is what I have thought all this time.  Boy!  I missed that one.

Clint said Caylee never spent the night.
Clint said he went to see his own father on fathers day(in Jacksonville)
Clint said he DID see Casey at Tonys sunday night but doesn't know if she stayed the whole night because usually when Casey stayed the whole night,he saw her in the morning on his way to school.
Clint cannot remember if he saw Casey that monday morning or not.

Thanks a bunch!!  Now, I have it straight.  I was confusing June 15th with June 16th for some reason.
