I think now she is able to talk freely because she is going to be incriminating certain people in things that maybe she didn't want to get them in trouble...Now she can tell her lawyer and parents where and what she was into without someone listening in.

She could have told her atty anytime.Those conversations are not recorded in jail.I think IF Casey was so worried about her precious baby's safety....she would have told her atty about 30 days ago.

The only info Casey might be afraid to share in jail is if some really dangerous dude like a drug dealer er or violent pimp had Caylee and might kill her if Casey did not do this or that or if Casey told his name.

BUT her spokesmen say that Casey knows how has Caylee and is not too worried because that person has had her before.  AND another one says that they just know that Caylee is alive. 

So why be all scared and panicky about what she says and where she says it?

They still do not have a coherent story to tell and they are stepping all over each other's lies.

Susan Estrich has the most strange way of talking! I will say though, she had one of the best facelifts I've ever seen. It didn't make her pretty, but it flat out took years off of her! You don't realize it until you take a look at her pics just before the lift.     Oh, well. Sorry for the O/T!!

I think Baez and Casey are busy planning for the trial.  There is going to be a trial.  If they have enough evidence, it will be for murder or negligent homicide or accidental death or whatever.  If not, it will be the current charges, which could put her behind bars for a few years at least.  I do not think that LE is at all amused by her lies.  Never lie to the cops.  It makes things a whole lot worse.  If you do, be a darn good liar.  Baez is also trying, I am sure, to come up with some coherent, consistent story, and possibly having to deal with an unstable client.  Personally, I cannot believe the psych people consider Casey stable enough to be away from 24 hour supervision.  I know her parents are supposed to watch her, but they have to sleep sometime, and I think she is emotionally in a bad place now.  There is really nowhere to go unless she can produce Caylee alive and well.
