I have been completely out of touch and this is the first time that I have seen the Caylee thread.  I am really impressed.  You guys are so great.  As soon as my life settles down, I will be back on a regular basis.  I have missed all of you.

I usually threaten people when I want a response. Last night we finally addressed (Klaas, Thank you) a question that I had asked 2 days ago. I don't threaten Klaas,    but everybody else is fair game! She doesn't need me for avatars, and I need her for everything.

I spent a lot of time finding pink monkeys on a backpack that no one but me can see apparently, even after I colored them, but I know that they're there and not my imaginary friends. No one said "OH, CBB!, WOW! I see the monkeys now! Great job!" In fact no one said anything except that they don't think it's the same backpack because they didn't see any green in the one on the ground!   

That's ok, because I know that if that backpack turns out to be relevant I'm going to flaunt it! 

Stick around invision, it's a lesson in asserting yourself and we all need a little of that, as well as your insight in this case!

I see the monkeys on the backpack.....but only after you gave it color. Until I saw your picture of the monkey backpack, I had decided the clothing found was not "Caylee" related.
What are the chances of finding a "monkey" backpack similar to the one Caylee was last seen with?

I am still confused about this Ortiz fella...is he connected to Casey or not?  Was she spending time with him?  Is this where she came up with the name for the sitter?  Did she know that was his landlady?  What was he renting that belonged to Zenaida?  Am I reading it right, she died last year?  I need help on this one to get it straight. Lalas, Jesus Ortiz was thought at one point to be Caylee's father. The Ortiz family denies that. Casey & Jesus went to the same high school and apparently knew each other but that's it. Jesus was killed in an auto accident which is why many people though that he could have been Caylee's father.

But Cindy stated on the Greta interview that Caylee's daddy had already moved on and started another family by the time Caylee was born.As far as I know Jesus had no other children.WHO had originally stated that Jesus was the daddy?Didn't Lee state that Caylee's daddy didn't even know he was the daddy?Does this whole family lie,lie,lie non stop or what?

KaRmA - Cindy has given three different accounts of who the father is. She has no clue and it's easier for her to make up stories than to admit her daughter doesn't know. It probably is embarrassing.

Whoreldo busted her in the first two lies and then she cooked up another after that when she came up with the guy started another family.

Cindy is just flat out lying. Normally I wouldn't think this was anything, but since there are three documented lies - there must be a reason why she is lying.

Is the arraignment on the 21st?  So basically, unless she is charged with something else, she gets charged with neglect then and a trial date is set and she sits with the bounty hunter until the case goes to trial is that right?  If she looses then she gets maybe 6 years at best and that's it? 

Not a very big penalty for LOOSING YOUR KID.........

I also dont understand how a person under house arrest, is going to lead you to their lost kid and or kidnappers when they arent even supposed to leave the house.  Does that mean the toothpick knawing bounty hunter will live with the Anthony's until her trial?

Casey and Cindy just have different ways of saying the same thing.  They don't know who the daddy is.  The family might think they know, but again, their information comes from little miss pants on fire so they are just repeating the lies they've been told.

my personal observation -

Casey is a name dropper. She drops a name here and there to help her garner something, such as; sympathy, money, an alibi, a ride, a person to watch Caylee, etc. etc. etc.

Ortiz, Lewis, and the rest of the crew are nothing other than people Casey once knew and she remembered their names for a later date.

This crime is not going to be very complex even though it looks like it is on the surface because of the lying liars. Liars sure have a way of screwing up an investigation because it takes time to unravel all of their lies.

Throw out anyone who you feel is lying and do not take their word for anything.

That leaves a few people with no motive to lie and only tell the truth. Once you get there, it's easy to see who committed the crimes against Caylee and who is protecting Casey.

At the day of the case, and there will be an end, you will all shake your heads and say, that was confusing, but WHAT I EXPECTED.

I agree....we have only been privy to info full of lies. LE have much more, and hopefully a lot more truth. There are only 4 people IMO who have motive to lie. I'm banking on the remaining cast of characters to bring the truth. I'm trying to be optimistic.....
