So if she is indeed a psychopath, then her parents are just reacting as victims of this psychopath?

I just want to know what the monkeys think about Cindy and George because, to me, their behavior adds an entirely new level to this whole mess....they seem to be covering something up....if Casey is or was such a burden, why protect her now?

Do they think she does know something and they are afraid to alienate her or piss her off?

Cindy and George are victims, too, as is Lee and anyone else who touched Casey's life.  However, they have the free will to choose how to act and react.  I think Cindy and George have made some terrible mistakes and justified them with their love for Casey.  Yes, they are covering up.  Cindy said as much when she said she had already lost one, and didn't want to lose another.  Their own lack of character and love for their daughter have led them to make terrible choices.

Yes, and if what I suspect is true about the family dynamics,  if they had drawn boundaries and stuck to them long ago, we wouldn't be here right now wondering where Caylee is...JMO

That is such a good point....there really is no motive and she would love to be the martyr in the case of an accident....

Yeah, there are twists that make the simple scenario a bit more complicated. One of them is where Casey took Caylee prior to this when she said she was taking her to the babysitter???

If I had a child and were still living home with my parents, I can guarantee that they would demand to meet the child's babysitter.  Clearly the grandparents loved Caylee....I don't doubt that....I find it very strange that they would have never met this Zenaida....I lean towards believing that is a lie.  Also, they really didn't know she wasn't working???  What about her taxes?  I doubt that Casey was responsible enough to do her own taxes...I mean, my dad still helps me with mine. I think they must have known she had no job....does that seem extremely weird to anyone else? 

Yes, seems weird to me too. My folks always knew the sitter, the number, and directions to their house. I didn't use many sitters to be honest, was a stay at home Mom. But when I did, I did the 3rd degree and got referrences etc. Heck, I even made sure my parents knew what vet my dogs were in, when we went away and kenneled them.

Casey has been described as a compulsive or habitual liar.  Those kinds of people lie as easily as they breathe.  They lie even when telling the truth is easier.  BUT they do not go to jail for no reason.  Casey is keeping something to herself, something very serious that could get her the death penalty or a very long prison sentence.  I don't think for a minute she has been sitting in jail for a month because the loving grandmother of Caylee's dad has the child and she does not want to tell anyone.  Caylee is probably dead.  If alive, she is being held by people who have a grudge against Casey.  Perhaps Casey stole from the wrong people.  Perhaps she agreed to traffic some drugs and somehow lost the payload or the cash.  Maybe she lied to someone who did not find it so amusing.  But whatever it is...it is very serious, and Caylee is in danger, if alive.  Casey may be a liar, may be weird, may be ditzy, etc., but she does not want to be in jail, and so far, she has found no way out of her problems.  Even if the bounty hunter bails her out, she is still in a heap of trouble, and it is such a dire situation, that she cannot repeat it to anyone, not even her parents.

Yes,I'm trying my best to be realistic and I would love nothing more for all of the Zenaida/Caylee's daddy's family kidnapping thing to be true.I would love it if Caylee were alive but then reality smacks me in the face somewhat(and my suspicious nature)and it says.....what about the smell in the trunk of the car that even detectives smelled,that cadaver dogs hit on?What about the hit's the dogs scented on in the yard?
So,now I'm back on the fence with the Casey killed Caylee theory.I'll be sitting here until they release the DNA evidence from the car and yard or until they feel they have enough evidence to charge Casey with murder.I just can't ignore evidence.

Yes, and according to LE there is no credible information leading to a kidnapping by anyone.

That we know about, other than the cadaver dog hits in the back yard and on the trunk, the car that "smelled like a dead body was in it" (Cindy), and the fact that the mother lied and didn't report her child missing for 31 days.  Remember, LE knows much more than we do.  At the bond hearing the lead investigator said it was looking like a homicide investigation.  The judge set bail accordingly.  We just cannot ignore these facts.

Your right but if they had any evidence to a murder they would have said it IMO. Like I said before when Trenton Duckett went missing they thought it was a murder, then the mother killed herself now after a year they say that maybe she did hand him off to somebody, IMO handing of your child is alot more likely then her murdering and burying her child.. We have no idea what Casey was into or who the real father is people are going off a picture at a club calling her a whore because of a picture!!!! Why does everyone assume she was a whore, every one tends to think of the worst..Maybe she took all that money and gave it to the person she gave Caylee too to make sure she was taking care of, Who knows OK I get it she lied but maybe in her mind she feels like she is protecting caylee. Like i said and will say until LE comes forward with charges of murder she is alive. If they don't feel like it's a kidnapping and they don't have evidence as to a murder then what ??????

Well, if they have evidence of a murder, she will be indicted or charged.  No, it's not more likely that a mother would hand off a child than murder and bury her.  People kill their children all the time.  People probably think "the worst" because she claimed her child was missing yet she was photographed partying at a club several days after she said the child disappeared.  People think "the worst" because she lied and will not tell police what happened to her child.  The child might be alive, but the evidence doesn't point in that direction.  Time will tell, but I can add 2 + 2 and it always equals 4.

People kill their children all the time, people also sell their children, people also hand their children to other family members, How many missing kids are their in the world does that mean they are all dead???  We only heard one part of her story.My daughter has been missing for 31 days, i have been conducting my own investigation. i know it was Stupid. Does anyone have evidence that she wasn't conducting her own investigation besides a few pictures from one night, what was she doing after those pictures??? Let me make it clear that I am not defending her at all. But IMO I am more likely to believe someone has this child. If she was a horrible person why is this lawyer putting his Carree on the line saying when all this comes out you will understand why she did what she did. yeah he is a defense attorney it is his job but to say those words means something.

Morning Mrskub!I heard Greta say that also about Caylee being alive.I wasn't sure I heard her right.Didn't she later when talking to Mr Baez that she hoped he was right about Caylee, rather than what her suspicions were telling her about Caylee?
