I guess Larry Garrison doesn't approve of my video of the jail phone call.  Here is Garrison's front page post comment and my response to his comment:

What happens when the truth comes out and Casey is found innocent, and Caylee was kidnapped? Does this solve the crime or just maybe aid in stopping the public from looking for Caylee. Is the media trying Casey by a spin and promoting themselves? It sickens me to see stuff like this to hopefully bring you to this site.

I have read 154 pages of the 400 pages of documents and havents learned anything we didnt alreay know.  It's such tiny print, my eyes are killling me and I burnt the roast on one side.  Anything going on I need to know?????

Always.... I went to work sick, came home with chills, fever, headache, sneezing, snot nose, feely crappy,.....After reading just the first part, my eyes are burning like crazy and my head is pounding...I think I need to lay down and read more later...

One thing I noticed and my head is not very clear today, so maybe I read it wrong, but in Casey's interview she referred to Caylee in the past tense when she was talking about Caylee LOVED Blanchard Park, Caylee LOVED running around that lake....Caylee LOVED that trail...
past tense....maybe I read it wrong, I don't know, my head hurts so please tell me if I am wrong someone...

Good afternoon, all. I'm a newbie here and don't want to start out disagreeing, but I have recently seen a clip or two of Cindy crying, and it was apparently very recently. They have shown it on FOX a few times.
I don't know how I would handle such a crisis... my emotions would be all over the place. But I am sure that even if we don't see it, they have cried a few times. It's just that the media loves to portray them as being a little eccentric.
Welcome TXLady - IMO, I'm not impressed with them crying a "few times" when they have chosen Casey over Caylee.  There's no other way to describe what they are doing if they believe Caylee is alive or if they believe Caylee is dead.  They have chosen to protect Casey over everything else.  In my opinion that is just plain wrong.
You're right.. of course. I know that I could not turn against my child if I were in their shoes... but neither would I make up excuses for them either! They are enablers, and Casey is very immature and irresponsible.

Cubbee, sorry you have the crud. There has been a nasty bug going around here and the cough lingers for weeks. I saw those small letters and didn't even attempt to read. Is there any way to enlarge? I mean besides a magnifying glass.

I know the guy went to PR in the past ('o6 I think), I just thought it was another odd coinsidence that Amy went there too. Lots of strange coinsidences in this case. So many, that maybe they are not all coinsidences.

Wow. A lot has transpired today. Just when you think things are headed one way, a million things come up to turn it in another direction. That is very strange about Cindy and George searching the backyard. I can't think of any legitimate reason they would do that. And EWWW who would want to cheat with George. UGH.

All this talk of Puerto Rico has my antenna up. I will be in PR next week, and I'll be keeping my eyes peeled for anyone who looks familiar.

Casey Anthony Wanted To Give Daughter Up For Adoption, Docs Say
3-Year-Old Missing Since Mid-June

POSTED: 4:46 pm EDT August 25, 2008
UPDATED: 5:41 pm EDT August 25, 2008

ORLANDO, Fla. -- The mother of Caylee Anthony wanted to give her unborn daughter up for adoption, according to documents released on Monday.

More than 400 pages of documents were released in the discovery phase of Casey Anthony's child neglect case, including an interview with a high school friend of Casey Anthony, who said she was interested in adopting the child.

Casey Anthony was charged with child neglect and filing a false statement in mid-July, about a month after she said she last saw her then 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.

The released documents also include an arrest report and notes from detectives of interviews with Casey Anthony's friends and neighbors. During the discovery process, the prosecution must hand over documents to the defense.

According to the documents, detectives said Casey Anthony, 22, provided many details about the day she said she last saw Caylee, including that she dropped her daughter off with Zenaida Gonzalez. But Casey Anthony did not give specifics, including cell phone numbers, on how to reach friends whom she said could vouch for Gonzalez's existence, according to the documents.

The documents also stated that before detectives arrived to perform a search of the back yard of Casey Anthony's parents' home, Cindy Anthony, Caylee's grandmother, checked inside the sheds and George Anthony, Caylee's grandfather, moved a playhouse and looked underneath concrete pavers for "any evidence of foul play."

Detectives said they also noticed a strange, suspicious depression near the swimming pool, the documents stated.

Deputies have also searched for Caylee after receiving tips of possible sightings of the missing girl, including going to a Chuck E. Cheese's in Altamonte Springs and a bank near Apopka, documents said. Detectives seized videotape from the locations and confirmed Caylee was not present during the alleged sightings, according to the documents.

Casey Anthony also provided an e-mail to detectives that she said she received from her boss at Universal Studios, the documents said. The e-mail was signed by Thomas Frank, whom Casey Anthony said was her boss, but investigators said he does not exist.

Casey Anthony, who is being monitored by an ankle bracelet while on home confinement at her parents' house, made a scheduled visit to her case manager, who will verify that she is meeting the conditions of her bond.

Casey a no-show at vigil for missing daugher

Last Edited: Sunday, 24 Aug 2008, 11:23 PM EDT
Created: Sunday, 24 Aug 2008, 11:23 PM EDT

ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) -- Dozens attended the latest a series of vigils held for missing Orlando 3-year-old Caylee Anthony at the Anthony's east Orlando residence.

Rain didn't keep supporters of the Anthony Family from participating in what has become a weekly event since little Caylee was first reported missing in July.

Mother of the missing girl, 22-year-old Casey Anthony, was not present.  Casey was released from the Orange County Jail last week after. She was arrested July 16 on charges of child neglect, lying to authorities and obstructing and investigation after she failed to report her daughter missing for more than one month.

A group from a California bail bonds company flew to Florida to help Clearwater-based bondsman Albert Estes, who shares the same surety group, post bond for Casey.  They said they believed the 22-year-old mother might be more likely to talk about her daughter's disappearance if she were released from jail.

The family and bounty hunters who are keeping watch over Casey did not want her to take any chance with her safety by attending the vigil.  There wasa  loud speaker which carried the vigils, so it's likely that Casey heard everyone's thoughts and prayers.

Caylee's grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, spoke publicly for the first time since their daughter's release from prison.   George told the crowd about a missing children's convention which he recently attended in South Florida.  He handed out thousands of fliers and hundreds of t-shirts with his missing granddaughter's picture on them.

Cindy spoke about her faith.  "I understand why my daughter is so calm.  I understand why she is so calm, because I am there with her.  I am calm because I get it.  I cant do anything about it.  She can't do anything about it.  I have to trust in God," said Cindy Anthony.

Casey's brother Lee expressed thanks for the bounty hunters who posted Casey's bail.

The day was not without some controversy.  Earlier in the day, a band of musicians pulled up in a pickup truck with a flat bed, and began playing a song described as having hateful lyrics about Casey.  The band was escorted away by Orange County sheriff's deputies.

Cindy would not say what her daughter has said about Caylee's disappearance since getting out of jail, but the family spokesperson told FOX 35 that Casey has been providing her family and her attorney with lots of information.

I don't believe anything that comes out of their mouths!

Even considering that Casey handed Caylee over to someone and they didn't return her, why would Casey be out drinking etc. if she was so concerned.  I'm sorry, but this family makes me sick at my stomach.

Someone should put on a friendly act and see if Casey will let them befriend her at Myspace.

I'm trying to work that angle.

Documents Shed New Light On Casey Anthony Case

POSTED: 5:09 pm EDT August 25, 2008
UPDATED: 6:21 pm EDT August 25, 2008

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. -- Late Monday afternoon, Eyewitness News obtained 400 pages of documents about Central Florida's heart-breaking missing child case. In them, Casey Anthony says she would have been better off and able to party more if she didn't have a daughter.

It's been 40 days since Caylee Anthony was reported missing. The documents just released Monday show that Casey Anthony's mother called her a sociopath and warned friends to stay away from her. She also said she was a mooch and a leech.

The new documents show investigators grilled Casey Anthony about what happened to her daughter Caylee, telling her after the lies she told them they were thinking either she "gave Caylee to someone that you don't want anyone to find out because you think you're a bad mom. Or something happened to Caylee and Caylee's buried somewhere or in a trash can somewhere and you had something to do with it."

Casey kept insisting to investigators the last time she saw Caylee was June 9. The detective told her "the longer this goes the worse it's gonna be for everyone, everyone." He told her Caylee's "out there somewhere and her rotting body is starting to decompose because what you're telling us."

But Casey kept insisting she doesn't know what happened to her except that she was last with Zenaida the nanny, who no one knows. She also told investigators she's absolutely petrified.

"I know my mom will never forgive me. I'm never gonna forgive myself because there's that chance that I might not see Caylee again and I don't want to think about that," Casey told investigators.

Casey denied selling the child, but a high school friend of hers told investigators that when Casey found out she was pregnant she wanted to give the child up for adoption, but her mother Cindy would not let her. Another childhood friend told investigators Casey would not open up or do anything for anybody unless there's something in it for her.

CASEY ANTHONY MEETS WITH CORRECTIONS OFFICIALS

Casey Anthony was on the move again Monday. She was wearing a t-shirt that asks for help to find her daughter, but she's still not helping investigators find Caylee.

Attorney Jose Baez refused to respond to the discovery documents released Monday. In fact, he filed an emergency order to try and keep the media from getting them.

The bounty hunter who helped get Casey out of jail said the documents solidify his theory that Casey gave her daughter away.

Wearing a missing child t-shirt with her daughter's picture, Casey Anthony ran out of the Orange County jail Monday and ignored questions. She was back at the jail to get tested for drugs and alcohol and to meet with the case manager who oversees her home confinement.

Flanked by a security guard and her mother and brother, Casey didn't say a word. But the bounty hunter who helped bail her out of jail had plenty to say about court documents that reveal she wanted to put Caylee up for adoption before she was even born

"She handed the kid off to somebody and has herself in a bind right now and she doesn't know what to do. She could simply tell the cops, 'I didn't want my daughter anymore and I gave her away," Leonard Padilla told Eyewitness News.

Padilla said he plans to start searching for the 3-year-old on Friday.

"The child was not kidnapped, the child is not dead," Padilla said. "We are going to start actively looking for the people who might have wanted Caylee."

Casey is scheduled to meet with her attorney Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday and then she will be allowed to leave her house on Sunday for church.

Yes!  I am getting a headache just trying to keep up with the lingo from AL's report.  I mean even the detective asking the questions stated that he gets Casey and Caylee's names mixed up because they are so close together...the good detectives must have been on vaca.

Detectives said they also noticed a strange, suspicious depression near the swimming pool, the documents state[/]

I mean come here!!!

how many times did we see George and / or Lee watering the property?

who thinks for one second George is not involved?

who believes that GEORGE is not up to his eyeballs here?

It's beyond the scope to give that liar a fair shake - HE KNOWS WHAT HAPPENED - CAUSE HE'S INVOLVED.
