Caylee Marie Anthony, 2, FL Missing since June 16-just reported by mother #8

In the first call at 8:44 p.m. on July 15, Cindy Anthony asks authorities to arrest her daughter, Casey. In a another call about an hour late, a crying Cindy Anthony says someone has taken her granddaughter. She also tells the 911 dispatcher that "it smells like there's been a dead body in the damn car."

George says when he returns home at 9:50 he asks about cops being called and were told they were called at 8:30pm

And to add SECOND CALL AT 9:41...
Why didn't George mention the second 911 call..CINDY WAS ON THE PHONE WITH 911 WHEN SHE TOLD HIM ABOUT CAYLEE!! REMEMBER HEARING HIM IN THE BACKGROUD SAY WHAT?!

Is he trying to claim that he did not get home till after that call? Was he caught in the background of 911 in a lie??

hey all, I'm back a few pages and I just scanned ahead only one page (I didn't see this mentioned)

BUT ISN'T THIS ABOUT ALL THE PROOF ANYONE NEEDS THAT THE KIDNAPPING STORY WAS CONCOCTED IN A ONE HOUR OR SO PERIOD?

LOOKS TO ME LIKE THEY ARE ALL IN ON IT.

I thought there were 3 calls.  The first one was sitting in the parking lot of the police station that was closed.  Cindy took Casey there but found out it closed at 5:30 p.m. and she called (the first call) the police to say she had someone in her car that had stolen her car...the policeman asked who it was, her son?....Cindy said no it's my daughter...

She didn't call Amy until 5:00 P.M.  so how does she have Casey in the car by 5:30?

I don't think she had Casey in the car at 5:30....the police station closed at 5:30 and was already closed at the time Cindy took Casey there.  Cindy told the policeman during the call that she didn't know the station closed at 5:30.  I was just bringing this up because I believe it was the first of 3 calls for that evening.

Deputy Fired For Lying About Sex, Chats With Missing Girl's Mom
Pair Talked About Caylee In Chats

ORLANDO, Fla. -- An Orange County sheriff's deputy was terminated for lying about a sexual relationship with the mother of a missing girl in the latest twist in a case continuing to grab the nation's attention.

Deputies recently discovered that Deputy Tony Rusciano, 24, was linked to Casey Anthony not long before her daughter was reported 

missing, Local 6 reported.


When Rusciano was questioned about knowing Casey Anthony, he initially told them that he met her at a party and barely knew her, Local 6's Jessica D'Onofrio said.

Rusciano was terminated on Friday after detectives looked into the relationship. He was fired for lying about it, police said.

Detectives did a forensic search of Anthony's computer and typed some keywords -- which led them to pages of chats between Rusciano and Anthony.

The pair did talk about Anthony's daughter, Caylee, during the chats, D'Onofrio reported.

None of the chats were apparently meaningful in terms of helping detectives find the missing 3-year-old.

Rusciano and Anthony had a sexual relationship, D'Onofrio reported.

Apparently, they were talking to each other around the end of May -- which would be just weeks before Anthony said she last saw her daughter.

D'Onofrio said it was not known if Rusciano ever met or saw Caylee.

If Rusciano would have been forthcoming to deputies about his relationship with Anthony, he likely would not have been fired, D'Onofrio reported.

Anthony Meets With Attorney

Meanwhile, Anthony spent another full day meeting with her attorney, Jose Baez.

Anthony's visit follows the release of hundreds of pages of investigative documents.

Baez told Local 6 News that he tried to prevent the documents from being publicly released, which is standard procedure under Florida's public records law.

"I tried to put a stop to it. I made a last-minute motion for an injunction, but it was denied," Baez said.

Among the released documents was a signed statement from Casey Anthony which said she left Caylee with a baby sitter named Zenaida Gonzalez and also stated, "I have lied and stolen from my friends and family to do whatever I could by any means to find my daughter."

Another document said that an employee of Johnson's Wrecker Service, which retrieved Casey Anthony's vehicle from an Orange County Amscot parking lot where it was abandoned, said when Casey Anthony's father, George Anthony, opened the trunk of her car, flies came out and it reeked of a smell that reminded him of when a man committed suicide in a car.

Ryan Pasley, a friend of Casey Anthony's, said in a statement that her mother, Cindy Anthony, told him "basically (Casey) was a sociopath."

When asked how he would combat the seemingly unfavorable statements, Baez said, "How can I say I don't want this case tried in the media if I'm going to tell you what my next move is?"

Casey Anthony was arrested on charges of child neglect and filing a false statement in mid-July, about 31 days after she said she last saw her then 2-year-old daughter, Caylee.

She was released from jail last week when a celebrity bounty hunter helped post her $500,000 bond. Casey Anthony is now on home confinement and is being monitored by an ankle bracelet at her parents' house.

Hello Monkeys,

I did a terrible, terrible thing last night and I've just been SICK about it.  SICK!  My daughter just turned 18.  She is a high school drop out and a mother of a one year old (the little monkey you see above).  My daughter is a habitual liar and cannot take care of her daughter alone.  They live with me.  The longer this story about Caylee goes on, and the more lies my daughter tells me, the sicker I get worrying about my granddaughter.  I KNOW my daughter would never do anything to hurt her child, but the lies she is telling remind me so much of Casey that I actually told my daughter last night that she reminded me of Casey and I was in fear for Avery's life.  I was upset and blowing things out of proportion but I am so sick of her stupid lies and laziness!  I wanted to physically slap my daughter in the face but I think my words hurt 100 times more.  I'm ashamed of myself for losing control and saying such horrible things to her.  I just want her to wake up and take a good hard look at what she is doing (and not doing) and grow up A LOT.  I am very likely going to petition for temporary guardianship of my granddaughter so I feel I have more control over what happens with her.  I have no intentions of taking Avery away from my daughter.  I just want to be in charge since I am footing the bill for EVERYTHING.  I give her most of her baths, buy all of her clothes, food, milk, baby paraphenalia, etc.

I know this is way off topic.  I just needed to get this off of my chest.  Thanks.

I think it's a good idea for you to have temporary guardianship. Our program serves a lot of families where the teenage mom and baby live with the grandparent(s) and the grandparent(s) have guardianship. I say go for it.

Both parents will agree to allow me to do this so it won't be a problem.  What program are you referring to?

Oh Sweetie!!! You did the right thing!! Follow your gut!!! You daughter will eventually get it together..we hope and pray..but if she is not ready for the responsibility now...than fight for Avery!!! That is what I am doing right now!!

Thanks you, sweetie.  It's a tough situation but I'm doing what I can.  I've been through some ugly court battles to keep my monkey and I know what you're going through...no sleep, sick to your stomach with worry...all that fun stuff.  Go in there with your head held high.  Raising a child alone is absolutely the toughest job in the world and absentee parents don't have a friggin clue.  I never spoke badly of my daughter's father in front of her, but believe me, by the time she was 13, she had it all figured out for herself.  Your son will know who was taking care of him and who was not.  Of course there may be a few "I hate you's" from his sweet little mouth before that time comes, but believe me, he'll know who he can count on and who he cannot.

Sperm donor has no clue!! You hit that one on the head!!! It is why I am fighting this one so hard!! You keep up the fight too!! They are worth every sleepless night...every ulcer...every pace...every concern. If one damned person had felt the same in the Anthony case...if Caylee was more than a self serving pawn to her family members...I believe she would be here with us today!!

I gave the benefit of the doubt to Cindy and George...probably because...going through what I am going through...it is like looking in a mirror...I made a poor judgement in my choice of a boyfriend 9 years ago...my Monkey was a result...a glorious well welcomed result!!! But I failed him in my choices 9 years ago...and his life is affected by my choices now...and I spend each day compensating for what I took from him. We joke and say look...the only thing I can't do a dad could do..is pee standing up!! lol As in write my name in the snow!!! lol I just won't him allow himself to be a victim...and I won't allow myself to be that way either!! Last night at soccer practice...I was the goalie in the "dad's" against the team...NOT ONE GOAL SCORED ON ME!!! lol Had to brag...they came at me hard...all 18 of them!!! I have bruises everywhere!!! lol...My point is...NO EXCUSES!!! NO FEELING SORRY FOR YOURSELF!!!

But the guilt is always there...I had sympathy for George and Cindy...because I thought they did everything right...and Casey turned out bad anyways. I was wrong. Casey and Caylee's disappearance...was a result of the family dynamics, I now believe. Self absorbed? maybe I was...I was not objective as many of you were...but I think this case hit insecurities in all of us. It is why there were so many differences for the first time ever in opinion...it is why we shared so much of ourselves...it is why we argued so much. Beth was our hero....we related to her...Cindy was not...yet we related to her. We so expected her to act as we pictured ourselves acting in the same scenario...that most of us saw right through her...while some of us...well...I don't know about the rest of you...but it just hit on my own insecurities...and I so wanted to give George and Cindy the benefit of the doubt. I was wrong.

Lalas is an angel...not only an angel...but an angel with the sweetest, prettiest Southern twang you have ever heard. She brought me such peace, hope and confidence. She showed me a way of looking at my situation, in a positive manner...than I never would have found myself.
