On Headline News right now. LP being interviewed tells reporter that had he read these 400 pages of documents about CA's case, he would not have "gotten involved". He also stated he and his team are refocusing the way in which they will be searching for Caylee (i.e. they will now start searching for her as deceased). Not sure how much a BH can help in that though when LP isn't even permitted to speak with CA himself.

Yep, I just saw that on HNN, and Padilla sounds VERY disappointed. He said that Casey has done absolutely nothing to help find her daughter. The only thing she is interested in, he says, is herself.

In the first call at 8:44 p.m. on July 15, Cindy Anthony asks authorities to arrest her daughter, Casey. In a another call about an hour late, a crying Cindy Anthony says someone has taken her granddaughter. She also tells the 911 dispatcher that "it smells like there's been a dead body in the damn car."

GEORGE SAYS 8:35 he talks to Cindy
George says when he returns home at 9:50 he asks about cops being called and were told they were called at 8:30pm

And to add SECOND CALL AT 9:41...
Why didn't George mention the second 911 call..CINDY WAS ON THE PHONE WITH 911 WHEN SHE TOLD HIM ABOUT CAYLEE!! REMEMBER HEARING HIM IN THE BACKGROUD SAY WHAT?!

Is he trying to claim that he did not get home till after that call? Was he caught in the background of 911 in a lie??

hey all, I'm back a few pages and I just scanned ahead only one page (I didn't see this mentioned)

BUT ISN'T THIS ABOUT ALL THE PROOF ANYONE NEEDS THAT THE KIDNAPPING STORY WAS CONCOCTED IN A ONE HOUR OR SO PERIOD?

LOOKS TO ME LIKE THEY ARE ALL IN ON IT.

Not to mention it took 3 hours after picking up the car to go look for Casey..
Who knows what they did in that time with that vehicle.

Makes you wonder if poor Caylee was in the trunk when he picked up the car.

According to her own webpage post, Cindy was angry and felt betrayed and was worried about the safety of Caylee after Casey left with the child.  In the 911 tapes and according to Casey's pals, Cindy was angry, worried and in a whirlwind to find Casey and Caylee.  We know she was threatening to get custody of Caylee, refusing to give Casey another day, telling people Casey was a sociopath and liar, claiming she had to find Caylee and finally saying the car smelled like a dead body and something was wrong. 

But then, she changed.  Suddenly she was very mellow.  Casey did not tell that many lies.  Casey had reason when she lied and eventually told the truth.  Casey was a good mother.  Caylee was still alive, and nobody should worry much.  The car smelled like old pizza.  Nothing was that wrong.  It would all work out.  Caylee would be home by her birthday.

Now what would make her change so drastically, from stabbing Casey in the back to her friends and the police, to suddenly saying that it would all work out?  It has to be some other family secret that she fears will get out in the process of the investigation.  She HAS to stick with Casey because of what Casey could say about her and George.

That is all I can imagine.  She clearly loves Caylee and was in a panic about Caylee being gone and did not trust Casey one bit to properly care for the child.  Then suddenly, she was more concerned about Casey than about Caylee.

When we as posters try to imagine what we would do in a situation like this - it's pretty hard, if not impossible. It tests all of your core beliefs. Just looking at how the Anthonys have acted - they have no base line to draw the inner strength do to the right thing.

they are selling their granddaughter out. It can't get much worse than that in my book. A helpless and defenseless little girl who relied on them for everything.

People as stupid as Casey don't get away with their crimes (unless of course they live in Aruba).  She is going to get what's coming to her.  I just read her police interview that took place at Universal.  I just want to slap that stupid, lousy excuse of a mother.

I can not read Lee.  He acts like he wants to be separated from the family, but then I read where he was one of the ones Casey was confiding in...I am leaning toward the fact that Lee is a Mommas boy due to his willingness to jump when George calls and asks him to check on Cindy.
