ORLANDO, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) -- Dozens attended the latest a series of vigils held for missing Orlando 3-year-old Caylee Anthony at the Anthony's east Orlando residence.

Rain didn't keep supporters of the Anthony Family from participating in what has become a weekly event since little Caylee was first reported missing in July.

Mother of the missing girl, 22-year-old Casey Anthony, was not present.  Casey was released from the Orange County Jail last week after. She was arrested July 16 on charges of child neglect, lying to authorities and obstructing and investigation after she failed to report her daughter missing for more than one month.

A group from a California bail bonds company flew to Florida to help Clearwater-based bondsman Albert Estes, who shares the same surety group, post bond for Casey.  They said they believed the 22-year-old mother might be more likely to talk about her daughter's disappearance if she were released from jail.

The family and bounty hunters who are keeping watch over Casey did not want her to take any chance with her safety by attending the vigil.  There wasa  loud speaker which carried the vigils, so it's likely that Casey heard everyone's thoughts and prayers.

Caylee's grandparents, George and Cindy Anthony, spoke publicly for the first time since their daughter's release from prison.   George told the crowd about a missing children's convention which he recently attended in South Florida.  He handed out thousands of fliers and hundreds of t-shirts with his missing granddaughter's picture on them.

Cindy spoke about her faith.  "I understand why my daughter is so calm.  I understand why she is so calm, because I am there with her.  I am calm because I get it.  I cant do anything about it.  She can't do anything about it.  I have to trust in God," said Cindy Anthony.

Casey's brother Lee expressed thanks for the bounty hunters who posted Casey's bail.

The day was not without some controversy.  Earlier in the day, a band of musicians pulled up in a pickup truck with a flat bed, and began playing a song described as having hateful lyrics about Casey.  The band was escorted away by Orange County sheriff's deputies.

Cindy would not say what her daughter has said about Caylee's disappearance since getting out of jail, but the family spokesperson told FOX 35 that Casey has been providing her family and her attorney with lots of information.

I don't believe anything that comes out of their mouths! 

Even considering that Casey handed Caylee over to someone and they didn't return her, why would Casey be out drinking etc. if she was so concerned.  I'm sorry, but this family makes me sick at my stomach.

Someone should put on a friendly act and see if Casey will let them befriend her at Myspace.

Twin 3-Year-Olds Left in Car in Driveway Found Dead

TOPEKA, Kan. —

Investigators say twin 3-year-olds died after being left inside a car in northeastern Kansas for more than two hours.

The Topeka Capital-Journal reports the twins were found in the car parked in their driveway two hours after being reported missing near Topeka.

A girl in the back seat of the unlocked car was pronounced dead at the scene. A boy in the front seat died at a hospital.

The temperature was about 75 degrees but authorities say it could have been 30 degrees hotter inside the car, with the windows rolled up.

Detectives have been questioning the mother.

Please, please, please let the LE have EVIDENCE!!  I can't stand the thought of the whole family getting away with this.  They will play the victims until the truth is uncovered.  Then I hope they all go to jail the rest of their lives, and have to listen to their own lies and self pity played over and over again on television.  With an announcer constantly pointing out how they really didn't give a crap about Caylee.

WHY DO THEY EVEN NEED A PRAYER VIGIL?  Seriously, it's like Caylee is at summer camp.  She's fine according to Casey so why the vigil?

Alright, let's ASSUME Casey accidentally told the truth once.

Caylee is with known friends of Casey and the would never harm Caylee. Casey cannot reveal their location because:

A.) They would hurt Caylee, nope Cindy and Casey say she is safe.

B.) Caylee captors believe the family is wealthy and wants money. Nope, no ransom note or demand, and Casey has a Pontiac Hoopty.

C. They are drug kingpins and Casey owes them money. Nope, they would just kill Casey if they were paranoid.

D.) Under an assumed identity Caylee was left with welfare officials. Nope, they want a birth certificate for baby.


For reasons unknown Caylee is kidnapped. If the kidnapper(s), wanted Caylee for their own, they are long gone now.

It her very best, Casey is a crappy mother and will serve prison time. At the worst she is a murderer. At the VERY worst, she is a murderer and will not be punished as one.

Mrskub…I hope you can hang in there with us. When I had dish/modem problems, it always became way worse around 10AM. I put this down to way more traffic on the internet. New dish parts and a new modem seemed to have solved my problems.

Some really great posts over the weekend.  Thanks to Joseph for sharing with us, and to all the Monkeys who shared their own heart wrenching experiences….Thank You!

A clever Monkey shared this when I was playing catch-up on 20 or 30 pages in Natalee’s thread each morning. Unfortunately it really doesn’t help with catch-up here in Caylee’s thread because of the number of links that are posted.

Good Morning Mum. I'm hanging in there. I've had a connection since yesterday afternoon. The cable company will be here Wednesday morning to completely rewire my house. The cables are 25+ years old and have deteriorated. They must think I'm nuts after the hysterics I displayed when calling them. I honestly told them I'm in the middle of a possible kidnapping/homicide in my life and I need computer access. LOL!

I can honestly say that imho the only real focus of this Anthony family,after reading every post & news article printed about this "missing child" is HIGH PROFILE PUBLICITY, that brings NATIONAL INTEREST.  Beginning with the first 911 call & the ensuing second & third 911 call to every excuse then espoused for the lies exposed through research of LE & others.  That being said & the order of professionals brought in by "said family" leads me to believe that books/movies=$$$$$ is the main motivation, whereas one & all would expect locating the "missing child" SHOULD HAVE BEEN AT THE FOREFRONT.

The gas cans appear to be involved in somewhat establishing a timeline/possible alibi to misdirect LE, imo.

The family dynamics are simply unbelievable here & have no logical explanation.  Wouldn't one be expected to have shock in between learning of different lies coming to light, rather than flimsy half arsed excuses.  This case along side that of Trenton Ducket's "missing status" with that family's behavior is just hauntingly similiar as well as sick & for me when the "suicide" occurred it was to escape life in prison with no support or hope for freedom.  But based on law suit=$$$$$$ filed against NG in that case, well enough said.
