What IF:  Casey makes the "deal" and leads them to Caylee....BUT autopsy shows it was NOT an accident, but murder.....

Can they take back the immunity offer?

I know the only reason they are offering it is to find little Caylee...

IMO any punishment they can give her would NOT be enough!

In the police report on the pick up of the car, one sentence is just awful.  "The scent was on some of the items given to me."  In other words, the strong smell mentioned by Cindy in the 911 call and by George on the radio show, was STILL on some of the items that the mother handed to the cop before the cap was towed away.

I think that the police, like us, had rather find Caylee and give her a proper resting place than put Casey in the electric chair at this moment.  If Caylee is dead, it is important that we all know that and that her body be located and buried in a nice place, not left in some ditch or landfill.  I am appalled that her family still feels determined to cover up the death when they actually smelled her body's decay.  That is just beyond belief to me.  If they really love Casey, they know she cannot go on and lead a normal life with this horror in her past.  She has got to come to terms with it and pay for it with a long, long jail sentence.  There is no way to fix this. 

Not real sure on this one. But, when they arrest the entire family, do they get group rates for bail?

They had better charge the entire damn family, they do NOT belong in society!!!! Ever, at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are giving Casey until tomorrow to make a deal.  In any case, I expect more charges to be filed right away.  Casey will be going back to jail on those new charges.  Padilla will basically be out that $50,000 unless the media exposure was worth $50,000 to him.

I contend Casey's parents and brother should cut her off COMPLETELY until the TRUTH is forthcoming.

Casey is very close to her family and very dependent on her parents.  A little tough love is where it is at.
