I don't know jack about this case -- but, on the outside looking in, I would guess that someone in this case has tipped off LE that maybe an "accident" occurred. LE now has the hard evidence of "decomposition". They are just now confronting Casey with BOTH of these developments. If it IS murder -- no immunity.

Hi Wreck - I think accident was always #1 on the list for LE.  Many have felt that Caylee died in the pool or a hot car and Casey has covered it up.  Accidental death due to neglect.

This is my very first post.  I only joined SM a few days ago because I remembered lurking through Natalie Holloway's sad case.

I was so hoping that it would turn out differently but knew after reading the 432 pages of discovery I was out of luck.

I tend to keep quiet because I feel so much older than the bright young minds that seem to have insight where I sometimes just don't until I read something.

I'm just sick to my stomach right now.  Thank you for all of you Monkeys!  This is where I'll come for my up to date news from now on!

I sure don't pretend to know what God has in store for the rest of Beth's life, but I know what ever it was it all became clear on 5-30-2005.

I feel the best chance to find Caylee is for Beth to speak privately with Cindy and then alone with George.

Not together and not with Tim. (not to shut out Tim, cause few people respect him more than I), I just think Beth is better able to get what is needed from these people.

I don't think for one second Casey will cop a plea and Baez has the high cards in his hand until there is a body.

Beth, in my opinion, is the best chance to end this nightmare.

Confronted by reporters at her home moments after the tapes were released Thursday, Cindy Anthony said she stands by her daughter. When asked about her conflicting statements on the smell inside the trunk of the car, she said she initially believed something might have died in there: "It could have been a squirrel."

The Anthony family ignores the offere of help from TES for weeks.  They only accept help from TES when pressured and when TES agrees to look for an ALIVE Caylee.

Now, today the news a body was in the trunk of the car.  The Anthony's will HAVE to allow TES to look for a dead Caylee now too. 

Bottom line is CAYLEE NEEDS TO BE FOUND

Cindy wouldn't agree to have TES until late yesterday. I have a gut feeling they knew about this yesterday and that's why they OK'd TES coming.  Casey is not going to deal. She will deny this to the hilt and Baez wants it that way. No body no crime. Looks even better if Tim Miller can't find Caylee either.

Yes, I agree. 
Why don't they just charge her now?  Or do you think they will wait for immunity offer to play out?

I have to say something. What kind of a cold hearted  SOB could pick up their decomposing child and dispose of her? Most people, male or female, have never seen how utterly grotesque a decomposing body is. I had nightmares for quite a long time after picking up my first one. I can't for the life of me, imagine picking up my child in that condition. I can't fathom it. She's sick. She needs the death penalty.

Maybe Casey was in need of a friend, and since no one really likes her, she finds a dead squirrel and rides arouund with it, has tea parties, goes shopping, all with her new bestest good friend. Close your eyes and tell me you cannot picture Casey doing this.

EXACTLY! Not to mention not once has she cracked she sleeps in the bed her and CAYLEE shared she has nerve enough to wear CAYLEE on her shirt..
I would be having nightmares and screaming in my sleep for the rest of my life if I seen my child like that...She is a cold hearted 'skank'..I cant put the words I really want to use..

The only way I can think of is if the body were wrapped or in a plastic bag.  Don't forget, Casey was very small.  It's not like trying to move an adult dead body.
