We don't know yet...

According to Jane who is filling in for Nancy Grace ... Casey has until Tuesday to accept the limited immunity deal offered the the prosecutor.

Nancy phoned into the show and ... claimed there is enough circumstancial evidence to convict and ... any immunity should not be in the cards.  However ... it was brought up by a guest on the show that the limited immunity offer could be for the sake of closure ... closure for grandparents if Casey's remains are found.

I guess that makes sense as long as limited immunity does not imply a mere slap on the wrist.

They have offered her limited immunity if she will tell where the body is.  She has until Tuesday.
