The media and/or protester have no right to be on her property, but can be on the sidewalk.

Am not sure what the protesters would protest; hope they join TES instead. Like in the Donna Jou missing person case... if a "person of interest/suspect" doesn't want to talk... a high priced or free media events and attorney can't get him/her to talk.

Does anyone stop to think why Cindy and George did not come up with the $50,000 bond.  I believe that a policeman's pension is very substantial and ... I read somewhere that Cindy made good money at her job.  Also ... there was their house.

Maybe ... just maybe ... Cindy and George knew their daughter could not be trusted and ... did not want to risk losing their retirement security if she decided took off.

Padilla and his nephew did not seem to be getting any brownie badges from the Anthonys for securing Casey's release.

While I was having my meltdown and reading Google updates, I did read the Padilla, with the big hat, wanted her ass hauled back to jail tomorrow.  When he learned that she had meetings set up with Baez, he extended it to Saturday as a courtesy.

Cindy cleaned out her 401 K to pay a credit card run-up by Casey. That seems to be 25 K. Some reports are a CC bill of as mush as 45k.

and they have no equity in their home.

They didn't pay the 50K bond because they had no money and no friends, well, at least no friends with any money.
