While I was having my meltdown and reading Google updates, I did read the Padilla, with the big hat, wanted her ass hauled back to jail tomorrow.  When he learned that she had meetings set up with Baez, he extended it to Saturday as a courtesy.

I told everyone to move over...but there are some rather large rear ends in here. LOL

I'm with you.  This is what Cindy says.  No one else is saying he has recanted as far as I know.

I guess what Cindy doesn't get is that it really doesn't matter if he does recant,  it's her words in the 911 call that are most damning, that initial gut reaction to something when you haven't had time to think and choose your words, "smells like a dead body has been in the damn car".

Someone should leave them a sit and spin like with the pizza delivery, and tell em to have a blast,lol.

Cindy went to visit the tow truck guy TODAY! He now says the car did not smell like a dead body until a week after it was on the lot!I swear everytime she talks to someone they altar their story!

Well, it wasn't my large rear end.  I'm scrawny and tip the scales at about 112.

Tamikosmom - I think George doesn't have a pension because he quit his Ohio police job to work for his father's car sales business in hopes of inheriting it.  Then he threw his father through a plate glass window.  Dad threw him out of the business and he opened his own car sale business that went belly up about a year later.  They declared bankruptcy and moved to the house in Orlando which is in Cindy's name and she is the bread winner as a nurse. This family is bizarre.

In the Google updates, Padilla was also saying that he would never have bailed her out if he had been able to read the four hundred pages of statements in advance or had any idea that Casey wouldn't talk to him after bailed her out.  He claims that all Casey has said since he sprung her was "thank you".  I guess we all know now why Baez told her that she couldn't talk to Padilla.  Baez knows she's guilty.  I'm just waiting for Cindy and George to lawyer up, too.  That would mean that they are officially in big trouble and the three of them won't be able to use the same lawyer.

IMO when we refer to Padilla we should maybe say whether it's Tony(bondsman)or Leonard(?)(bounty hunter).
I thought Leonard said HE was extending Casey's freedom till saturday but Tony Said it was up to him what to do about the bond and he so far has not said he will have Casey rearrested?
When we say just"Padilla"that could be either one of them and I don't think Leonard Padilla has ANY say so in the bond.
