Klaas I did not think she was a suicide risk before. Now tonight I feel differently. The walls are closing in, and she may see no way out. The stories are getting even more pitiful.( if thats possible) I still don't think she will ever talk. I just think she is in a fantasy world and in her mind she is above everybody else. JMHO

Thanks, Klaas.  You just saved me hours of hunting by posting that.  I wanted to see if anyone had heard anything to that effect from Tim himself.  I don't think I'll believe it until it comes from him or his team.

What if LE charges Casey with homicide tomorrow, does she go back to the pokey tomorrow?

I sure hope so, the sooner the better IMO.  I really think she's a suicide risk.  I know others don't think so but I do.

Count me in on this theory too!.. Then noone will have to know anything. Saves her face, and saves face for her parents. She becomes "more famous". Think tomorrow and part of Saturday is very critical. IMO

I kinda feel sorry for Padilla...he's stepping up to the plate and admitting he was wrong...he also claims he told Cindy today that he's revoking Bond on Sat. but...and get this Monkeys...Cindy is trying to float the story that a body was put in the trunk of the car *after* it was put in the tow impound...and that Caylee is STILL ALIVE!...Padilla said this not me....Padilla said he's old fashioned...and still believes in DNA...

Cindy, obviously, is out of her mind with fear and trying a wild, last effort NOT to accept what has happened.  Her words are completely out of context of what the world already knows from the authorities:  DNA results that the hair and stain samples are of a deceased Caylee (therefore, cannot be of another person) and odor of a deceased body that numberous people have said they smelled, the first one that we know of being Cindy herself (therefore, cannot be after the car was towed).

Cindy is talking completely irrational; hope that cam stays on the house, because you can watch to see when Cindy is taken away to the looney bin.

Casey isn't going to kill herself.  She has laid enough pipe to reach around the world 3 or 4 times and only thinks of more to come!  She makes me sick at my stomach!
