"Yes, I do," Padilla said. "The tests from the University of Tennessee -- they said that a human body was in the process of decomposition in the trunk. It's a longshot that it's somebody else."

If LE is now offering limited or partial immunity, they must believe it was accidental.

If Casey did intentionally kill Caylee, I really believe she deserves the death penalty.

If Casey accidentally killed Caylee, then disposed of her body, I fear we have another Joran. She is not qualified to determine death. Did she check a pulse? Did she do CPR?

I think this would be a dumb move on the part of LE. I really feel that she could be prosecuted and convicted without immunity.

Accidental death is that - accidental mo
accidental death through neglect = another matter
accidental death through neglect followed by burial and cover-up  - does not warrant limited immunity IMO
How could LE be so sure?  Are they that uncertain about finding Caylee.

According to sources close to the investigation, DNA tests that were conducted on a stain and hair samples found in the trunk of the car Casey Anthony was driving indicate that her daughter, 3-year-old Caylee Anthony, is dead.
