For Baez to say he has reasons for Casey not talking is utterly horrid....Caylee is still missing and he's saying Casey has reasons for not talking?  Yeah, there was a dead body in her trunk!!  That is a good reason. MOO

One reason could be is that he just doesn't want to tell.  Attorneys don't have to tell the truth.

This is what the police need to do with Casey while they have her in jail this evening:

Police in Radnor, PA interrogated a suspect by placing a metal colander on his head and connecting it with wires to a photocopy machine. The message ‘He’s lying’ was placed in the copier, and police pressed the copy button each time they thought the suspect wasn’t telling the truth and showed him the paper that came out. Believing the ‘lie detector’ was working, the suspect confessed.

I just feel that if this was an accident then why not admit it.  Why go through all of this.  I think part of the reason they are going through all of this is because of George's involvement.

I agree San.  I believe it is something akin to the Natalee Holloway case.  If Paulus van der Sloot had insisted that his son had taken personal responsibility for his wrongdoing on the morning of May 31, 2005 rather than abetting in a coverup ...

Item 2d seems to say that she just had her bond revoked!!  Not a technical revocation by the Padilla's but a violation of the conditions of bond.  She's not going home again.
