This is why Casey was rearrested and taken into custody.  Leaving her in that home was a public danger.  These people are angry and with the search taking place tomorrow, it was just too dangerous.  Someone was going to get hurt.

The OCSO has a responsibility to protect the public.  Casey's presence in that house was igniting a major bonfire (figuratively).  She needs to be in jail for her own safety but also for the safety of everyone on that street.

Can you imagine what would happen if one person...just one..lunged at them?  It would be a riot.  That is why they went in there with so many cops tonight...they knew it would take that to get her out of there alive.  I can see them ripping her from limb to limb and I am frankly surprised that the Padillas allowed that go on. Right now, if anything happens you can bet Cindy would sue them for everything they have.

I didn't see Padillas in the fray tonight. Was he in the RV taking in a bird's eye view the whole time?

Janet, I think that one of the conditions of bail is that you not be arrested for anything more serious than a traffic violation.  When they arrested her tonight, she violated the conditions of her bail.  I think at the hearing tomorrow morning, the judge will revoke her bail.  By the way, I hear she is going before the same judge who set her original bail.

Padilla's were smart to lay low.  They never should have started this circus and bonded her out.  I still think Leonard's $50,000 was very cheap for the days of publicity he garnered.  Who ever heard of him and his reality show before the past week?  He couldn't have bought this kind of notoriety for a mere $50,000.  I would bet he is figuring it was a good bargain.
