I was thinking last night that I would loooooove to be in that rv out front of Cindy's house late at night after everything dies down.... would love to  hear that conversation!!!!

The nannycam isn't working, so I can't verify it, but someone posted that the RV is gone now, but yes, I would have liked to hear that conversation too, Cubbee!

I posted that CBB. I saw it on another forum and several posters confirmed it was gone. The speculation on the other forum is that is why the RV left to gas up yesterday after Padilla got back from his meeting with Baez. Baez told him she was going back so he agreed to hold off on revoking the bond and got ready to leave.

Bond Revoked: Casey Anthony to remain in jail indefinitely
Last Edited: Saturday, 30 Aug 2008, 10:35 AM EDT
Created: Friday, 29 Aug 2008, 8:42 PM EDT

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) --Casey Anthony will remain in jail indefinitely.

The mother of a missing toddler was arrested again Friday night -- this time on check fraud and theft charges -- just over a week after a bounty hunter bailed her out of jail.

Early Saturday morning, the California company that posted the $50,000 last week to get Casey out of jail on original charges of child endangerment and lying to authorities revoked that bond.

Orange County Sheriff's Office investigators took Anthony into custody at her home Friday night. She was being held on $3,000 bond and was charged with uttering a forged instrument, fraudulent use of personal information and petty theft, Capt. Angelo Nieves said.

Anthony is set to appear before a judge on the new charges Saturday around noon.

According to sheriff's office reports, Anthony used a friend's checkbook to buy items at Target and Winn-Dixie, and to write a check for cash in July.

"She used checks that did not belong to her," Nieves said

The 22-year-old, who was released from jail on $500,000 bond last week, has already been charged with child neglect, making false statements and obstructing the investigation into her daughter's disappearance.

"The allegations surfaced during the investigation but we had to do our due diligence," Nieves said of the new charges.

At a press conference outside the Anthony family home, Casey Anthony's attorney called her latest arrest "grandstanding" on the part of law enforcement.

"They are not searching for anyone," attorney Jose Baez said. "They are disingenuous."

Several people from the California bail bonds company helped Anthony post bond, saying she might be more likely to talk about her daughter's disappearance if she were released from jail. But a bounty hunter with the California company said Friday he no longer believes the girl is alive.

 "Absolutely not," Leonard Padilla said.

Clearwater-based bondsman Albert Estes, who shares the same surety group as Padilla's company and helped post Anthony's bond, did not immediately return a phone message.

Anthony family spokesman Larry Garrison called the arrest a "three-ring circus."

"Casey's attorney, Jose Baez, diligently tried to contact authorities to surrender his client," he said. "The arrest and the drama at the Anthony home tonight only added insult upon injury for the family of the kidnapped child."

The State Attorney's Office and Anthony's attorney had discussed granting her limited immunity, according to e-mails from prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick. Under the offer, Anthony would provide statements to investigators, but prosecutors couldn't use them against her in court. However, they could use any evidence they find as a result.

Burdick said the offer is set to expire Tuesday.

Surety company?  I seem to remember the name Estes...don't hold me to it.

That's a complicated one, Lalas. Florida law required a Florida bondsman. If I understand it correctly, Leonard paid $50,000 for the $500,000 bond to his nephew Tony. Tony purchased the bond through his California Surety Co. that he deals with. Al Estes got involved as the Florida bondsman as required by law. I'm not sure if the bond was transferred somehow or how that works.

I also remember at the beginning Tony made a stop in Texas to meet with the insurance company or something.

In the video of George's tirade where he's throwing stuff off of his property, he says, "That body in the trunk, was not my Grandaughter!" (paraphrase). I wonder what story he's fitting that scenario in? I thought it was some indication that at least he and probably Cindy accept the veracity of the forensic results, anyway.

Court appearance to be "right around the noon hour" according to the local TV reports.  Thanks KnayKnay for posting the web cam site again, I was reading earlier posts and didn't realize anyone needed the web site again, sorry.

We will never know this for sure...but remember when Cindy Anthony said "Casey, is not going back to jail"...well I think all those words and smart remarks she made kinda irritated a few people...her own mouth has caused more trouble in this case than anything....at least Anita VDS stopped talking after a while.  Rolling Eyes

Cindy:  Car smells like a dead body.
Cindy:  Caylee is not dead, we haven't found her yet.
Cindy:  Someone took Caylee.
Cindy:  Casey is not going back to jail.

I need to give her some advice about the indigestion you can get from eating your words too often....here Cindy....have a tums.

While we're watching the wall and microphone, let me remind all monkeys without an avatar that the link in my signature line is to a thread with lots of them to choose from. Klaas can help you get it going, if you'd like!
