Looks like the taped area is where Padilla's RV was.

I'll bet George sprayed protester repellent this morning!

The tape probably says "no trespassing" as stakes are expensive to replace....lol

I forgot to tell you one part - while the firemen was here, I was over in corner typing to you all,  one fireman said "are you talking to your husband?"  I said "no, I'm a scared monkey, "  and he said "oh, dont be afraid"  and I started laughing!!!!!!

In my area, if you post a no trespassing sign and mark the area off, like the Anthony's seem to have done, if someone goes onto that property, they can be arrested.  It puts a lot more umph in a complaint.

But, that side of the walkway is city property, not Anthony property.

I always thought if the city provides the sidewalks it's public property...at least that is the case here in Alabama.  I can't dictate who walks on the sidewalk.

I just got an email from Yuri Melich!

Interesting. Good eyes. I do believe however this may be a mute point by now. Nevertheless, thanks for pointing it out.

Please keep the family in your prayers.

I was going to post something similar.  If they wanted to keep people off their lawn, I would think they would have to put the signs and tape on the other side of the sidewalk.  doh...

Looks like the tape is put up at the street area to me.

They don't care if it's public, they will try to do whatever they can.  They've (the Anthony family) have lost it, IMO.

Wouldn't it depend on what the plat/survey would indicate?  I've seen some areas where private property goes to middle of the street or in my own case, it goes to the middle of the creek in back.  There are easements and such.  I think it just depends.  Even if part of that area is city property, maybe law enforcement don't want to mess with it under the circumstances.

Klaasend, the air cond man (last week) didnt hook up a condesation hose in the attic, I saw a bubble in - poked it with a broom, water came down the walls, fire alarm set off, firemen can, neighbors came.
