I see a police car blocking the driveway.I think they are getting ready for the 12 hours of protestors......those protestors could go help the search for Caylee!

EXACTLY!  She is in jail, so they are wating there time!   They could be using there time in energy looking for Caylee.  Hope somebody goes and tells them that.  If I see them starting a protest, I will be screaming through the webcam!  So what are the chance they can hear me

If the Anthonys' don't want their lives, past & present, in the public eyes, they should tell the truth.  Least of all, help find out what happened to Caylee.  For some reason, they don't want to do that.  I see no problem with placing any photos of the family online.

No, you wouldn't put yourself in this position.  George and Cindy have responded terribly to the public scrutiny.  I would even say they invited it.  I would also say they are making terrible decisions.  But, I also don't think public pressure is going to make them behave normally.

It's hard for people that aren't "normal" to behave "normally."  I don't think it much matters if there is public pressure or not.

True.  But, intense public pressure and stress could make a person who does not behave normally do even more irrational activities.  I realize the protesters have a right to protest peacefully, but I really don't trust them to keep within the guidelines of peaceful protest.   This won't help the situation.  I guess I just look for positive ways to contribute to the solution rather than ways that do not.

I truly do wish that as much effort was put into searching for Caylee with TES but, I can understand how these protesters feel. They, like many of us, feel this family knows more than they are saying and they want to put pressure on them to talk.

I don't think they'll talk but I do think pretty soon they're going to snap.

Okay, instead of letting the negative creep in I decided I needed to post this.

Thank you so much Equisearch and all of the volunteers that have showed up to give of themselves to find this precious little girl. I cannot begin to imagine how sad and depressing this search probably is but we at the Scared Monkeys support all of you and will be here for you for the duration.

CAJUN UPDATE...

Just got off the phone with Cajun...she said the first feeder bands are starting to hit them...she and hers are doing well right now. She is going to try and read here for a bit soon...saving her laptop for emergancies if needed when power goes out, but also said she can charge the batteries for cell phones in her car...so I'll stay in contact with her throughout the storm. I think if the protesters just stood across the street and held signs, I would support their right to express themselves.  However, they seem to want to engage Cindy and George in a dialogue that is nonproductive.  For example, they approached the front door.  A couple days ago several women engaged Cindy in combative and accusatory discussion.  While this might produce media coverage, I don't think any of it will contribute to changing George and Cindy's behaviors in a positive way.  Actually, I'm afraid it will result in violence and someone will be hurt.  I don't absolve Cindy and George of their personal responsibility, but I also think the protesters are behaving irresponsibly, too.

Moral dilemna monkeys...as promised on Friday, I went to Library and got yearbook photos of Geo.  I'm having trouble with decision to post them.  The first photo shows a very young, very innocent boy.  If anyone has a good reason too see them, please let me know.  I'm torn between wanting to provide information and exploitation.  I'm struggling.  I don't want to add to this family's distress.  It's a karma thing.  I
don't understand their actions, but try to put myself in their shoes.  I know if I were them and someone posted a photo of me at age 16, I would feel completely violated.  Please help.

I don't see any point in posting photos of George at age 16.  If you have photos of george at age 30 maybe but not age 16.  You can email one to me if you like and I can see if for some reason there is a good reason to post (but I don't think so).  klaasend@scaredmonkeys.com
