This is what i think about Cindy. she is in such denial.
Shes gonna fight the theory Casey hurt Caylee.

As soon as she lets herself think Casey killed Caylee, then its over.That is why she is fighting this so hard. If she admits Caylee is dead she has lost them both and i dont think  shes ready to go that route.

Once she lets herself believe Casey did it, then her feelings are gonna change towards Casey, and she knows that.
So as long as she lives in lala land she doesnt have to deal with the fact her precious Caylee is dead and her own daughter did it.

I think Cindy is literally fighting for her own life.  Life for her is over if Caylee is deceased.  George was already thinking of divorcing her, Casey will be in prison forever, and Caylee will be gone from her.

Just because you say something loudly doesn't make it true.  Remember, if you want to get someone's attention, just whisper.  Like a 2 year old having a tantrum, she will be ignored. 

I know I have had it, I am not going to watch any shows she is on.  It just gets people upset and it's a big fat lie anyway.  If the pizza in the car was as big as the lies she tells, it would be the end of world hunger,mo.

IF Casey told Baez who helped her dispose of the body, does he have a responsibility to tell LE? Or does it work like it would if she confessed to doing it herself? I realize confidentiality and he can't "tell" on her.. but does he have an obligation to tell on George? Or whoever? Or not?

Nope.  Baez only has to reveal any information that is a threat to someone or the public.  This would be confidential.  I also believe he told Casey what any good defense lawyer would and that's not to tell him anything that would cause him to have problems defending her.

Clint also mentioned in that GVS interview that Tony was not happy Clint was speaking out. I found that an odd thing to say.

Don't you think he would use that information to help defend his client, though? I mean.. maybe say it was an accident, Casey panicked, and perhaps her (dad, boyfriend, whoever) insisted they help hide or dispose of the body.  Baez could come up with some BS about how Casey was too upset over the loss of her child to think of calling 911, and the other person took over.. therefore Casey had no culpability? (And has kept quiet out of loyalty to the person that helped her in her time of need?)

This is my first post on the board. My sister and I made a donation to TES last week.  I just watched NG and am also so upset I cant stand it.  Tim Miller's looked defeated.  I hope everyone involved with the search and all the Sm's don't give up.  I caught Cindy on the Today Show and NG tonight.  She makes my blood boil.  I wonder what Leonard Padilla has learned. 
 I also wanted to say I am hooked on this site.  I was so touched reading the posts this weekend and everyone that stepped up to help with donations, phone calls, lunches, etc.  You all rock!  I lost my son to cancer when he was a year old to think about little Caylee just makes me ill.  I just feel the family knows what happened to her and to think they are acting this way is terrible. 
 I will continue to read everyones posts and find comfort knowing there are kind and caring people here concerned about Caylee.   I am in Ohio and will do anything I can to help out.    ConCon

I am so very sorry to hear about your son, you must want to jump through the TV and grab someone by the throat.

I have a suggestion, don't watch any more shows that have Cindy on them.  There is no good reason to do it.  She lies even in her sleep.  She is a mean, angry person and quite frankly I can see how Casey ended up being the way she is.  Not that I am excusing her. 

Can you imagine being her child and disagreeing with her?  Even if she is dead wrong, she does not give up, she only yells louder.  It hurts me to know that Caylee lived in this environment.  I am not sure what would have happened to that precious child if she continued to live with her 3 parents.  I think she shot straight to heaven because it was hell on earth for her.
