ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35, Orlando) -- Casey Anthony, mother of missing 3-year-old Caylee Anthony, is scheduled for an initial appearance on new check fraud and theft charges Thursday morning at 8 a.m.

Sheriff's investigators filed two counts of uttering a forged check, two counts of petit theft and two counts of fraudulent use of personal identification against the 22-year-old mother.

Her parents, Cindy and George, scheduled a video visitation with Casey Thursday morning, but the meeting was canceled due to the conflict with the court appearance and was postponed to Friday morning.

So, they found Chloroform in her car as well.

Can this be used to get high, or was it how Caylee could sleep through the poker games? I think it was Kio that mentioned this, or Amy....

I personally don't think George or Lee are the Father of Caylee. I don't think Casey knows who the Father is. She has been promiscuous for quite some time, obviously. That's also a trait of a sociopathic narcissist. 

I did not think Geo. or Lee fathered Caylee either.  However Padilla's "shock the world" statement gives me pause...or...maybe Geo. assisted Casey in hiding Caylee...what the heck does he mean!!? or does he just like to keep himself in the news?

I don't know about getting high with it. Heck, I copped a buzz off a menthol cigarette yesterday. LOL!

I'm interested in whether this was a biological sample or an air sample that revealed this. If it was an air sample, we know the results are in.

Padilla said that he believes something didn’t add up about the preliminary DNA test results that came back last week from the trunk of Anthony’s car. Officials found strands of hair that they ruled could have either been Casey’s or Caylee’s.

“The Feds released information that the hair was either the mother’s or the daughter’s; they didn’t distinguish,” Padilla said. “Why would they not know whether it was the daughter or the mother? They didn’t say it was Caylee’s.”

Carpe, do you know how much space is between Padilla's head and the top of that hat? I don't believe his analysis. He thought Casey would talk too.

A jail spokesperson confirms that Casey Anthony posted bail last night for the new charges. To be released, she would still have to come up with 10 percent of her $500,200 bond because it was rescinded by a bounty hunter last week.

Bond has been posted for her check fraud charges therefore, she will not have a hearing,  however, bond has not been posted for her $500,000 which will keep her in jail.  JB is now talking with the news.
