Could the Anthony's be slapped with a Civil Suit at some point for all the Money that is being spent in this investigation? Sued by the County, State or People of Florida.

Did not the Run away Bride get Sued by the State - Civil suit?? If I remember Correctly She was Sued.

Why? One because it gets him some cheap advertising and two because once she is bonded on the charges "time served" freezes. Even if she is sitting in the clink. None of it can be considered good time.

They don't care for Casey much either. LOL!

BTW you guys have it all wrong about those cell calls...Cindy knows it was the tow truck driver...he found it on the dead body that he put in the trunk while the car was in the impound lot...then when he removed the body for disposal he left Casey's cell.

Nancy Grace last night I thought she was way too hard on Tim, he looked beaten up pretty bad from the days work of searching and then looked like he was not able to get a word in edge wise...

Tim has had several scares with his heart...he works too hard...but he can't stop...GOD BLESS HIM!!  would have gone through the TV and chocked the crap outta her if we could!  IMO...she and everyone else needs to stop giving that maniac Cindy airtime...however... I am looking at last night fiasco as perhaps now,  a God Send!!  the Sheriff came through and it looks like others are going to step up and give TES the help and support they need.

I was the one who posted earlier - that Yesterday - 2 charges were paid off by Bonds man from Clearwater. Not Padilla.  Was in the Amount of 200.00.

This is what I put on a bit ago.

I wanted to offer that it shows on the Orlando County Clerk site that Bond was posted to two of her Charges. I bolded the two charges that have been paid.

Yesterday - by the local Bail Bondsman - Her 500k still stands.

Chloroform!  Geeze.  Yes, Casey sure is "Mother of the Year."  Could she have chloroformed her child to make her sleep and then went out to party?  Now, that would be a shocker.

By the way, hello Monkey friends.  I've been working today, but could not resist checking in here.  Klaas, jdancemagic asked me two nights ago if I was from that county in Ohio where the Anthony's are from.  Then, when I replied I was from Ashland County in Ohio, she left and never answered me when I asked where she was from.  I wish she'd come back and discuss the case.

Police haven't been permitted by Anthony's lawyer to interview her about Caylee's whereabouts in some time, according to Padilla, though they did speak to her about the alleged check fraud that led to her second arrest Friday night.

IMO this is wrong .... all wrong .... how can they build a case if they don't have access to question her .... I think LE should be allowed to question ANYONE .... and they should have the right to have an attorney present .... but to not even be allowed to question her is wrong ...

Sorry - I am a medical transcriptionist by trade and was trying to type as they were talking.  Anyway announcer said three sources told him there was "large amounts of chloroform" in the car.  Same source said that information about websites were taken from the hard drive on her computer seized during the search warrant.  They also spoke to a chemist who told them "chloroform was very hard to come by" (unless of course your mother is a nurse (my addition) !!
