n other developments, Leonard Padilla the California bounty hunter who helped secure the release of Casey Anthony, the mother of missing toddler Caylee Anthony, several weeks ago said he’s willing to get her bond reinstated.

Reached by phone in California Wednesday, Padilla said that he has made that offer to the Anthony family, her attorney and asked that it be relayed to her in jail.

The condition for the release according to Padilla is that Casey has to tell investigators where the body of her little girl is. If Casey complies and cooperates with investigators, Padilla said he would get the bond reposted so Casey could remain free while she awaits trial.

Padilla who only weeks ago was adamant that the toddler who has been missing since June was alive, now believes she is dead. He also speculated that the body was disposed of in a dumpster near where the Anthony car was found.

He also speculated in the interview that investigators would drop a ‘big bombshell’ in the case ‘soon’.

Anthony, who had been jailed since mid-July, was released on August 21st after the Padilla’s orchestrated her release on a $500,000 bond. The amount for the bond, $50,000 was given to a Clearwater bail bonds company who then posted the bond.

At the time, the bondsman said they believed Anthony might be more likely to talk about her daughter's disappearance if released from jail

"I believe she made a mistake, handed her daughter off and she is alive," said Leonard Padilla said at the time. He also predicted his team would find Caylee within a week.

This past Friday, Casey Anthony was the subject of a dramatic arrest at her parents East Orange County home. While protestors shouted on the street in front of the home, Orange County Sheriff’s investigators took Anthony into custody on economic crime charges. She was booked back into jail on $3000 bond and shortly after her original bond was pulled.

Wednesday more economic fraud charges were filed against her.

The new charges include two counts of uttering a forged check, two counts of petit theft, and two counts of fraudulent use of personal identification.

According to sheriff's office reports, Anthony used a friend's checkbook to buy items at Target and Winn-Dixie, and to write a check for cash in July.

The 22-year-old, who was released from jail on $500,000 bond two weeks ago, has already been charged with child neglect, making false statements and obstructing the investigation into her daughter's disappearance.

Police say Anthony is a person of interest in the disappearance of her daughter, 3-year-old Caylee, who hasn't been seen since mid-June. She did not report her daughter missing until July.

No disrespect to anyone here, but this is what i am talking about.  In court of law, unless you have proof, it will not get in to testimony.  It will be a "hear-say" at sidebar and denied.  Feelings  and thoughts are not good in court of law.  Step back and put emotions aside.  We need concrete facts in the courtroom.

Rob - I picked up on that statement last night.  Cindy's message (a spin on Caylee being deceased now) is that IF everyone (LE, SA, TES) would just listen to HER and search for an alive Caylee now - then all is well.  But, IF  - we the public and all of the authorities do NOT follow her lead and thoughts, then Caylee will be deceased by the time that she is found.  Another control statement by a pill head.  Naturally, a time of death can be establsihed by forensics which Cindy will have a new spin on when that happens.

i just wanted to say how easy it would be for chloriform to to be made after you try to clean up vodka with bleach....espacially in the hot trunk...whats wrong with ng? why is she so rude? casey didnt have to buy the stuff, its easy to make...i realize ng is smart but with all do respect, shes not a doctor or a chemist and she should let people answer the questions she asks....what a bitch...
