Are there any timeline and/or evidence conflicts with the proposed scenario below?

1)Casey has been keeping Caylee quiet at parties by drugging her.
2)Someone comes up with the brilliant notion of giving her chloroform, since the new party drug is apparently chloroform in a drink.
3)Caylee is accidentally killed by the administration of the chloroform.
4)Caysey gets on the internet to find out if chloroform would show up in the body of Caylee if Casey called 911.
5)She finds that it would, so she must find a way to dispose of Caylee's body.

Meredith did a segment on Caylee Anthony this morning and it was pretty good.  They brought out a number of points.
- They mentioned Casey's strange behavior and the story about Caylee being kidnapped by a babysitter, which nobody seems to believe.
- Tim was on and stated that this is still a missing persons case until a body is found.
- They showed the protesters outside of the Anthony home when Casey was arrested last week.
- They had Pat Brown on who is a forensic specialist in Washington, DC.  She said that chloroform in the drunk is damning evidence on it's own, but combined with Caylee's DNA in the same trunk, it is extremely damning evidence.
- According to Pat Brown chloroform would be in the trunk for three reasons - a cleaning fluid, rape, or murder.  Nobody would use chloroform for a cleaning solution because of the availability of cleaning fluids at any store.
- Pat Brown felt that the presence of the gas cans could indicate that Caylee's body was burned and it could mean that it is unlikely that a body will be found.
-Pat Brown explained the behaviors of the entire family and she feels that they are covering for each other.  She wants each family member to take a polygraph.

Pat Brown also brought out the chloroform searches on Casey's computer.  She said that nobody would be searching for chloroform without a reason.  This combined with the evidence in the trunk would be extremely convincing in court.

Cindy will not be happy about this interview.

While you raise some good ideas there, I still think that if in fact it was an accident, she would have taken the deal.

This morning Good Morning America had some new video of Caylee, Casey, George, and Cindy.   

Tonight 20/20 (ABC) will have a segment on Caylee at 10 PM EST.

They are a joke calling the media maggots and everything else yet using the media like this

This media frenzie is all their own doing.  Cindy is screaming at them, yet she is the one outside pounding in the no trespassing signs.  There were other people in that house who could have done that and the media would have left them alone.  She knew what she was doing, she wanted the attention...she was bitching, but I heard what she really wanted to say "I am ready for my close up...."

She would have to implicate whoever helped her dispose of the body if she took the deal, IMO. Because, she just may be telling the truth about not knowing where Caylee is.

I wish someone would ask Cindy why she expects everyone to believe that Casey is a good mother, loves Caylee, would rather sit in jail than to provide info as to where Caylee is and who has her, and on and on.... because Casey has not shown any emotions that a normal mother would have... fear, being distraught over her missing child, sadness, grief.... NOTHING!!! How is anyone expected to think Casey did NOT have anything to do with her disappearance?? Give us some explanation for that, Cindy!

I know that this was touched on last night by some posters, but I truly believe that Jose Baez knows the truth about this entire case.
I had a situation occur where I, and some others, were being occused of some not so good things...in my case I was in the wrong place at the wrong time.
My attorney the first things out of his mouth at our very first meeting were, "Tell me what happened, the whole truth, every detail from beginning to end." After I told him everything that I knew and how things had transpired based on what I witnessed and saw, he then said "Alright, lets break this down and go through it piece by piece to pull clues and facts to build your defense." 
He had me take 3 lie detector tests to help prove my innocense, and I know those can be de-bunked, but anyone who knows me knows I am not capable of keeping up with a lie, I get headaches and stomach aches...not the point here.  Anyways, I was cleared and taken off the "suspect" list.  BUT that was my incounter with a defense attorney, and he was in Orlando.  I would think that is what is going on in those meetings with Baez and Casey.
