12 p.m. More people holding signs have joined others across the Anthonys' home today. Amber Railing stood next to her daughter Cherokee, who is almost the same age as Caylee Marie.

OMG!  Thanks for making me cry.... that is so true though!!!  I hope Casey gets what is coming to her AND SOON!!

What time are the camera crews turning up?  I hope there are protesters there.

http://media.myfoxorlando.com/live/mobilecam.html is live now.

They turned the cam around a while ago to show the protesters who are assembled across the street on the sidewalk. They showed about 10 protesters.

Thanks Brandi

cool beans lets hope they stay there

I bet there will be alot more show up tonight.  Probably even more than last Fri.p.m.

Great thinking Tomm. I think that is done all the time in cases like these to avoid having to lie or show how horrible they are to let other profit off of tragedy.

Newbie here!! Thanks in advance for the warm welcome.... I had a vision the other day: Caylee walking through a field of grass and wildlfowers holding Jesus' hand. She was bopping around like the little cutie pies that she is...then stops and starts crying. She begged Jesus to get the bug off her shirt, He reaches over and gently picks it off...tells her to hold out her hand...she smiles as the ladybug walks to her fingertip, spreads it's wings, and flies away. Now she spends the rest of her eternal life just frolicking through the pasture looking for her new best friend "Buggy!"

What a lovely vision.  Welcome to the cage, Mister.

JACKSONVILLE, FL -- The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office is investigating a body found in a retention pond on the Southside.

Officers found the body at Melrose Apartments off Kernan Boulevard around 6:30 p.m.

The complex is just a few minutes away from the University of North Florida.

Investigators have not determined if foul play is involved.

A First Coast News crew is headed to the scene.

I'm reading this body was a male?

Klaas, this article says it was a female. In any event, it's not a child.

That is disgusting.  Who makes their 3 year old display a sign like that?  For that matter, who brings their 3 year old to a protest in the first place?

With all this money the Anthony's are raking in for the "pictures & video"  they should be able to afford to pay the very best mercenaries to go in and get Caylee back from the people they have been watching for so long.  GMAFB!

Absolutely ludicrous that they profit.  I am just sick to my stomach.

ABC denies all payment rumors:

ABC responds to rumors of the network paying George and Cindy Anthony $1 million for an exclusive interview
2:17 p.m. Some sources close to the Casey Anthony case said that ABC had offered the Anthonys compensation for an interview on the network's show 20/20. However, ABC denies those reports. "It's an ABC News policy not to pay for interviews," said Alyssa Apple, a New York-based publicist for the network.

Other reports show that ABC was offered compensation to sell video footage of the Anthonys to a Nashville-based production company. That claim also has been denied by ABC

They denied they paid the Sloots also... Rolling Eyes

Let's say that the Anthonys were approached by this offer, they would hire a really slick attorney and set up a charity, Free Casey, or whatever. Then ABC makes a "donation" to the charity. Charities can have employees, like Goerge and Cindy. The donations will be used for Casey's defense. ABC wins with a tax deductible charitable contribution, and the Anthonys make a bundle.

Just thinking out loud.....

tomm

I am not sure of the underlying method ABC is using to compensate the Anthonys for their appearance but ... I am now positive Casey's parents are being compensated ... compensated very generously.
