This is her one chance to run...she has about 5 minutes before they get to the house...so if she plans it right she can go to the garage...open the door and drive out and be gone.  They might find her and they might not...

Seriously, Lala's, this is possible.  I would not be surprised if all three Anthony's tried to disappear, taking the money from ABC with them.  A million dollars is more than this family will ever see again.  It has to be a temptation to them.  A foolish idea, but they are not especially bright.

The way I see it is IF she escapes she is "fair game" .... I think there are pleanty of ppl that would LOVE to go "hunting" ....

Thank you all for the warm welcome. Someone once told me during a very tragic time that you can not keep trying to wrap your mind around what an insane, or unstable person is doing. As I read about Casey that keep coming back to me. There is no way any reasonable person could possibly wrap their mind around what she is doing.
While we may never understand her, I try to keep my mind focused on Caylee. Whatever has happened to her she deserves to come home.
Yesterday I was reading where it seemed that this bail was set up without Cindy's knowledge. I wanted to chime in on that for a second even though it has passed. When law enforcement releases an inmate on house arrest, with the bracelet, it must be approved where the inmate will be housed. And if I am not mistaken there is a special receiver if you will that is on the home in addition to the bracelet.
Cindy most certainly knew and approved of her daughter being released.
Seems so wrong that for some reason she is protecting Casey.
ok... enough rambling for now.

Thank you for that. Hearing the latest on this case, seriously I lost it (without being yucky) that hasn't happened to me before. I needed to hear that - that all of this shouldn't make sense and sit well with regular decent people.

The Padillas were protecting their own investment in anticipated future benefits.  This time it is the Anthonys who are securing the bond.

Anthony Released From Jail For 2nd Time

Two different bonding agencies have put up the 10 percent needed, which is $50,000, to have Anthony released.

Parents Cindy and George Anthony are listed as the people who are standing behind the rest of the money.

Think about it:  Baez assured Leonard Padilla that Casey would talk to him and reveal all ... if the bond that would allow her to come home was secured.  Casey would take a shower  and ... the case would be blown wide open.

At that period of time Leonard Padilla upheld the Anthonys and Baez in their contention that Caylee was alive ... she was hand over to someone who was caring for her.

Well ... the bond was secured by the Padillas.  Casey came home and had her shower but would not speak to Padilla.  Padilla was not treated not like a god by the Anthonys ... he was not shown appreciation.  Padilla clued in that he had been used by the Baez and the  Anthonys and ... very quickly came to the decision that the other hand held more benefits.

Padilla claimed he changed his position because of the DNA results in regards to the decomposition in the trunk of Casey's vehicle.  GMAB! America suspected what the results of forensic testing would reveal when Cindy declared in the 911 call on July 15 ... "It smells like a dead body in this damn car".

Again ... Leonard Padilla is an opportunist ... he is in it for number one.

In my mind, all monies are being paid to Casey and not George and Cindy. They may have disguised it to look that way, but Casey is out of jail based on that money and she is Caylee's mother. She is getting the money. The money will pay HER attorneys and whatever else she will need to defend herself.

Rob, did you see my post on that "Inactive" business status for the company that is associated with the press releases? They aren't legally supposed to be doing ANY business from that Tennessee address. When I get some energy back, I'm going to gear in on this.

I could see taking the money and saying okay world I believe Caylee is alive if someone would please bring her home you can have a million dollars.

The Padillas are pretty much out of the picture at this point.  Seems Baez is more the opportunist along with the Anthony's.  I don't think things turned out the way Padilla had hoped they would.  Had they been successful we would all be happy they made the effort.

I can only hope that those who suggest someone go "hunting" for Casey are joking, but it is not something that they should type online.  It could be conceived as encouraging violence against Casey, and we cannot be judge, jury and executioner in this matter.  I do not wish any physical harm to come to Casey.

This interview with ABC was scheduled for some time...Casey went back to jail...they had to post the bond and get her out so she could be there during the interview.  Just seems like something is not right that Casey can play off this tragedy and still be pending trial.  I hope she keeps saying Zanny took her and she has no idea where she is...no one will ask her why can't anyone find Zanny?  Why did you lie about where you were working? What kind of person would take a child to an adult party?  Etc. etc.  Pure propaganda and nothing more...I won't be watching.

Meredith did a segment on Caylee Anthony this morning and it was pretty good.  They brought out a number of points.
- They mentioned Casey's strange behavior and the story about Caylee being kidnapped by a babysitter, which nobody seems to believe.
- Tim was on and stated that this is still a missing persons case until a body is found.
- They showed the protesters outside of the Anthony home when Casey was arrested last week.
- They had Pat Brown on who is a forensic specialist in Washington, DC.  She said that chloroform in the drunk is damning evidence on it's own, but combined with Caylee's DNA in the same trunk, it is extremely damning evidence.
- According to Pat Brown chloroform would be in the trunk for three reasons - a cleaning fluid, rape, or murder.  Nobody would use chloroform for a cleaning solution because of the availability of cleaning fluids at any store.
- Pat Brown felt that the presence of the gas cans could indicate that Caylee's body was burned and it could mean that it is unlikely that a body will be found.
-Pat Brown explained the behaviors of the entire family and she feels that they are covering for each other.  She wants each family member to take a polygraph.

Pat Brown also brought out the chloroform searches on Casey's computer.  She said that nobody would be searching for chloroform without a reason.  This combined with the evidence in the trunk would be extremely convincing in court.

Cindy will not be happy about this interview.

I posted this early this morning, but I don't think that anyone noticed it.  NBC was not kind to Cindy.  They had lots of good footage of the searchers in the fields and Tim.

Mrskub, I did and I haven't had much time at all to search all of these people, companies, and entities. I have been getting slammed with work and it has prevented me from going to Florida (I truly feel just terrible about this, especially since volunteers are so needed..) I wasn't busy all summer and now I have very little time to devote to research or posting.

I made what I consider a substantial donation to TES on Wednesday.

anyway - this whole thing is just a giant sham. I hope the LE kick the door in an arrest them all.

If you go to ABCnews.com and read the article on Casey being home today, read the comments!  WOW, there are over 300 comments, all saying ABC should either not pay the Anthonys a red cent, or give the money to TES, or not air the interview; everyone wants to boycott the show tonight it seems!

     I hope that she will be arrested again for something - anything so that she has to break that contract.   I don't want to disappoint anyone tho ...  Maybe 20/20 will a least keep the report in the "middle of the road".  I know - just dreaming.
