How can she get bonded out by tomorrow if the monitoring equipment was picked up and she has to be re-fitted for the ankle bracelet?

Who wants to bet they pick her up again on something else?

Yeah ...aren't there more check charges to come for using Amy's account?

They've got more than that which they could use!

Quote
"Chloroform would have to be investigated, because that's a potential cause of death," Dr. Michael Baden told Eyewitness News.

Baden is a forensic pathologist known for his expertise in the O.J. Simpson case. He says chloroform, a chemical once used as an anesthetic, could be used to put people to sleep. Investigation sources told Eyewitness News someone at the Anthony home looked up chloroform on the Web around the time of Caylee's disappearance.

"A parent, usually a mom, will put a kid to sleep by putting over a nose or mouth and cause it to lose consciousness," Baden said.

Baden said the practice is more common among young moms who don't want to be bothered by a crying baby. It is well-documented Casey Anthony liked to party and in discovery documents one of her friends even says at parties "the kid slept through anything."

"If the baby is sleeping at times convenient for the mom, one has to seriously consider something's being done to put the baby to sleep," Baden said.

Baden said it's a dangerous practice, because you don't know how much a child is inhaling. It can shut down the respiratory system, the brain and then the heart. Baden said he has seen no proof, but theorizes that it's possible Casey used chloroform intentionally but her child's death was an accident.

Which time of her disappearance?  When last seen by someone other than mom and grandparents?  Or when reported?

Hi Monkeys! Just registered yesterday but I've been lurking for week. Wanted to say hey and think y'all are awesome. It's nice to know there are tons of people out there who truly want to find that beautiful little girl and give her a proper burial, unlike her psycho mother and grandparents.

Welcome melo - you won't find a better place!!!!!

KnayKnay, that is one PRECIOUS baby.

Thanks Flossy - he is absolutely the light of all of our lives right now. He's our first grandbaby and he sure is precious. Course they all are aren't they?

Good point, Mrskub.  The phone line is in place.  Perhaps they figure they can get the ankle bracelet ready by tomorrow.  This is just such a bad idea.  what a security nightmare.  Someone has to provide her 24/7 security until November -- the trial.  I can't believe anyone would take this on.

Any theories as to why a bail bonds company would do this? Just for publicity? Admittedly, I'm pretty new to this stuff this is the first missing person case I've followed very intently.

I think it was Amy who said, "The kid slept through anything."  My God.  Was Casey chloroforming her own child just so she could party away?

Maybe these guys think Caylee will tell them where the body is now.  I hope they have some nice hunks to be her body guards...leaving her alone would be a stupid move...really stupid.

I'd prefer some disgusting-azz stinky old men. Grrrr....

This is a p*sser, isn't it?!

I don't know of any other case that's been like this.  The obvious reason for this is publicity, but Padilla found out what a nightmare it was, and I wonder if he still thinks the publicity was worth his time, money, and efforts.  If not for publicity, then another reason might be to continue the chess game being played with LE.  Bailing her out may be an attempt to force the case along at a pace faster than LE wants to move.  However, the OCSO has done a thorough and methodical job of this, so I don't think they will be outmanuevered.
