What is going on with Tony and Clint?  These are the two men who had daily contact with Casey and Caylee both through the first two weeks of June.  Tony insists he hasn't seen Caylee since the 2nd of June, but Clint (his roommate) says Casey and Caylee were there at the apartment almost daily until the 13th of June.  Clint says he entertained Caylee while Toney and Casey were doing their business elsewhere in the apartment.  So who is lying?  Tony or Clint?  And why?  (Not to mention, who leaves their two year old in the company of a man they met two weeks ago in order to ((edit)) another man she met two weeks ago???)  Something is wrong with the timeline here.  Roommates who declare they last saw Caylee with dates that are two weeks apart.  What do these two men know and why do they have different stories?

o/t  how do you insert a picture in this block.  You can't cut and paste so can someone give me a quick tip.

Thanks

Please my fellow monkeys................help me?

Does 20/20 pay for interviews?

You can't cut and paste in the reply box.  Go down to the lower left and click on additional options.  You will see another option where you can attach things to the post and also browse for the location of your post.  Good luck.

SS - Thank you.  I am a "special" monkey but I will catch on.

Padilla said they hired the PR for financial gain, in chat over at WS.

What else did he say?  If you don't mind telling us?

It's LP and TP, they are answering some questions.

Pretty general. There is more they can't say than, that what they can say.

They don't know anything about the security of Casey, if she is sprung in the morning. They think she is in danger if she gets out. (due to the way the public feels)

LP was asked if he would use some of that air time to put a call out for volunteers for TES and he said FOR SURE! He will get people lined up for miles if he can. He wants Caylee found. They (the whole team) are really committed to bring this little girl home to rest.

Rob says Casey talked like a song bird but it was mostly about her self and she flirted all time with him. Everyday and very openly!

They expect more charges to be coming in the next couple days if not sooner. Maybe little ones, maybe big ones.

They believe Casey may have had help after the fact, but doesn't believe Cindy, George or Lee have done anything criminal.

Cindy believes everything she is saying.

Casey and Cindy are very much alike.

Casey will never talk.

My post from earlier today...you can all bow down to my intelligence and wisdom now.

As so many here know...I have wanted the Padillas to be the good guys in this.  They were trying so hard to get Casey to tell where Caylee was.  If Baez had not stepped in and stopped Casey from talking to them I think we would know what happened by now...why do I say this?

OK, here goes and I don't want any bananas thrown in my direction over this...just hear me out.

Casey is a very disturbed person.  Her entire life has been one mess after the other.  She has lied and stolen to get money and the word responsibility is not in her vocabulary.  I can see in Casey a person that is so desperate for true unconditional love and attention that she would do anything to get it.  Had Baez left the Padillas alone Casey would have taken to one of those younger men right away.  They could have gained her trust.  Remember Casey wanted a man in her life that would take care of her.  A strong male that made the important decisions and protected her at all costs.  Enter two really young hunks that are there for just that purpose.  To protect Casey.  She would have felt protected from all the evils in her mind and the outside world with those guys and pretty soon she would be coming on to them and thinking she could work her magic with them.  If they played along, it might have worked.  If she was an incest victim and needed to find a way out...that would have been her prime opportunity to get help.  They were not her family and whether any of you want to believe it or not she is a very disturbed person for some reason.  She would have trusted them and then in a moment of weakness said something that would help find Caylee.  It was a good plan had Cindy and Baez not gotten in the middle of it all.  Had the Padillas been the only contact Casey had for a few weeks we would know secrets we may not want to know in the end.  Just my opinion of course...based on observations of the past few weeks and my incredible insight.

The phone number for this Aim Productions matches the one on the press release!

Often local prosecutors are no match in a court of law when they come up against defence attorneys from high profile law firms.  Often charges are not brought against suspects if the district attorney's office is not confidence in its ability to successfully prove it case.

I feel very uncomfortable in regards to the direction this case is taking.  The media attention implies that the Anthonys are able to retain a top notch defense without having to lay out one red cent in fees.  Fees are waived in lui of rights to future movie and book deals.

Hi Switchy.  Could you provide a source that shows Tony said he saw Caylee last on June 2, but Clint says Caylee was there daily until June 13?  Answer to your question:  Casey, of course.

My brother is an attorney and he is amazed at the amount of time this man has spent with Casey. He said either the man has no other clients or  there is something else going on. He says no attorney spends that much time except on a capital case, and that is usually just for a few days before court starts.

He brought something to my attention and that was "total hours" spent. Since all hours (even phone calls) are billed, there is a very large amount already involved just on the time we are privy to. He said in any firm, this would never be done UNLESS someone with very DEEP POCKETS was footing the bill.

I have always said there is much more to this and this attorney than we have any idea.

Turbo, I am also very surprised at the amount of time Baez has been with Casey.  His billable hours should add up to a pretty penny already, and these are relatively small charges compared to a capital case.  I wonder how Baez is paying his bills.  He has an office to maintain, a home, I assume, and he has to eat.  All the time he spends with Casey is time he cannot bill to another client.  He's been in his own practice about three years--and those are the expensive years when starting a practice.  We may learn a bit more about the financing behind this when we learn who paid for the bond to bail her out.  I wouldn't be surprised if Baez was working in return for future monies as Casey can't pay him now.  Maybe a book or movie deal, something like that.

Today I was checking emails at work and there was an invoice in there from a lawyers office.  Right off the top it was 200 an hour for services and another 100 an hour for researching documents.  Think how many hours Casey has racked up with Baez.  Who is flipping the bill for this????

Janet, I thought there was a law that did not allow convicted felons to profit from their crimes or the stories of their crimes.  Granted, Casey is not yet a convicted felon, so I suppose the movie/book people need to work very, very fast!!!

Unless George and/or Cindy are charged with something in the future related to this whole mess, I suppose they can make profits from selling the story.  That's a sick thought, isn't it?

Did anyone else see ??

“The Feds released information that the hair was either the mother’s or the daughter’s; they didn’t distinguish,” Padilla said. “Why would they not know whether it was the daughter or the mother? They didn’t say it was Caylee’s.”

Padilla said that officials ruled it was Caylee’s hair just by a process of elimination because the hair had a death ring around it and they know Casey is alive. The fact that the DNA is identical has something to do with who the father is, Padilla said.

“Would the DNA from a child resulting from a union from Lee and Casey have basically the same characteristics? Making the preliminary DNA check not definitive as to who the hair samples are from,” he said.

I think it's safe to say Casey is not paying him fees at this time.  I don't Cindy and George are, either.  My only conclusion is future earnings from publicity.  In other words, exploitation of a dead child for monetary gain.  I'd like to tatoo this on his broad forehead.

Brother may be tied to case

by Rozzie Franco and Nada Taha, 540 WFLA/FNN

ORLANDO, FLA. --   The latest twist in the Casey Anthony case comes from the man who at one point gave her a “get out of jail free” card and may tie her brother, Lee Anthony, into the saga.

Bounty Hunter Leonard Padilla made national headlines when he bonded Anthony out of jail, but although he’s back in California, he’s not keeping himself too far away from the case of the missing 3-year-old toddler, Caylee Anthony.

Padilla said that he believes something didn’t add up about the preliminary DNA test results that came back last week from the trunk of Anthony’s car. Officials found strands of hair that they ruled could have either been Casey’s or Caylee’s.

Padilla’s statements come at a time when police have filed more charges against Casey Anthony, who has already been arrested twice. Officials charged Casey Wednesday with two counts of uttering a forged check, two counts of petty theft and two counts of fraudulent use of personal identification.

Oh geez, AzLady.  It might take me a minute.  Tony's statement was in the 400 pages of discovery released, and Clint's statement was on record with Greta.  It'll take me a minute to find the links to that stuff.  But Tony is on record with the 2nd, and Clint is on record with the 13th.  I'll dig it out.

You know I'm sitting here tonight thinking if all this goes horrible wrong I have but one hope.  Most not all but majority of criminals return to the crime scene.  So let's think if it goes all wrong she doesn't go to jail for a thing at some point in time she'll probally visit the area where caylee died or is buried.   Even if she does go to jail when she gets out I do believe she'll visit where caylee was last left.  Just maybe, just maybe someone will stick with this case or law enforcement and follow her.  Hard to believe a mother won't visit the place of rest or where the child died.  Just my two cents again.

Hey there Rowan .... I would agree in a "normal" situation .... however this is the mother that hasn't (at least publically) cried, helped in any way to find her child, and went out partiying the night after her child went missing ......  it's like POOF she's gone, Caylee?  Caylee who?

She did cry in court when her mom and dad where on the stand but , not for caylee , I think she was crying like a child cries for their parents after they realize they have hurt their parent , does that make sense ? I didnt type like i was thing it

Your right Walter I didn't think abou this but I think the crying was cause she's like a child.  I made mommy and daddy mad..I'm sorry I screwed up.  So yes I think you may have a point there.
Thank you I just know this from experiance when my mom cries I cry because I do not want her to hurt and unfortunatly I think this nutzo little girl does love her parents , just really not living in reality  and her parents are partly to blame, they will do as they always have covered her for her mistakes

The granparents will be on Good Morning America too. Interview/movies of Caylee and Casey.

Rumor is ABC paid over 1,000,000 bucks for picture use for GMA and 20/20 because they don't pay for "interviews".

This is why they hired a media attorney!!! This Aim production company may be affiliated with the new attorney.

Exactly what I've been thinking....that the new attorney is connected with the production company.

So, are we saying that Padilla was probably correct talking about a production company and area code 615?  I think so....he pretty much spelled it out....probably just so the monkeys would delve into it and find this out.  As always, the monkeys rock!!!

Maybe Padilla is leading us in the right direction when he told us that DNA results will rock the world and that the dumpster plays an important part, too.

Now.....does anyone think that the LE has given him any of this information to "leak", knowing that he's on NG every night??

Yes, we discussed this last night.  Personally, I think George fathered both Casey and Caylee, making their mitochondrial DNA identical.  Just my opinion based on the FBI's release of trunk evidence, the family dynamics, Casey's myspace comments, and observation.

What did "SYSCO" do? They are a HUGE national company (they are the largest food distributor to the Foodservice industry in the country.) They are headquartered in Houston, TX (where TES is based). I would think they know of TES' great work!!!

Wreck...Sysco spread their wings for Caylee...I spent all day today calling every VP of every Dept...of Sysco...begging and pleading for help with feeding the volunteer searchers...letting them know we had pretty much depleted our own pockets to Keep TES and the searcher fed for lunches...and were getting nowhere with all the food chains we've been calling....they had a big in house meeting...and promised to call me back in the afternoon with an answer...my phone rang this afternoon...it was Hank Varnell  CEO of Sysco...he told my while I was crying my head off that Sysco would be arriving tomorrow morning with a huge truck full of food for Tim Miller and TES...with a lot of work with Wonderful Monkeys from the donation thread...we got Sysco in touch with TES...and it's all set...BLESS SYSCO....and all US Monkeys....crying again...Des
