I do believe that if NG and Greta were to begin harping on the rights of Caylee's father's family to be involved in the search, it would push the Anthony's to the breaking point.  They do not want to talk about this.

Don't we have someone here who is in touch with Greta?

I would bet if there was any evidence of this Gretas crew and Nancys crew would already be looking into this.  They do read the blogs, Nancys mentioned that on several shows.  They would of seen people are speculating Geroge or Lee is Caylees father.

And I'm certain Greta will not report just speculations....she will need verified info/facts.

I would not suggest that anyone report speculation as fact.  I do think the media should emphasize the rights of Caylee's father's family to be involved in the search.  Repeatedlly and persistently state that father's have rights, and Caylee's father and his family have the right to know what happened to her.  Despite Cindy's claim that father is dead, he must have a family, correct?  IDENTIFY THE FATHER--that's all I'm saying.

I agree AZ.  My hangup in all of this is that Caylee has no rights at all.  The state should apoint someone to represent that child.  Maybe the father's family IS very important in this at this point since her maternal family is not helping other than obstructing the investigation.  The father's family at this point would be a huge plus for the LE.

The only truthful statement I have heard come out of any of the Anthonys mouths is when Cindy called 911 and said my grand daughter is missing and the car smelled like a dead body.  That says it all!

Which brings me back to WHY didn't Cindy get all panicky in the very first 911 call when she already KNEW what that car smelled like?

I am happy to report that the volunteer effort has exploded today! I do not have an official count yet but I have personally seen hundreds (possibly a thousand or more) of people come out to join in the search. People from all over the country are here. Some volunteers have brought boats and ATV's, while others have showed up with backpacks and walking sticks.   << snip>>

Can someone please show me where they are getting the information that only mitochondrial DNA testing was done?  In my opinion, LE would be very remiss if they only performed the mitochondrial DNA.  Orlando LE has done such a great job with this case, I don't want to even hint that they have not done every test possible on the evidence that they have collected.

There is NO information that I have read which identifies what types of DNA tests were conducted.  This is why I cannot comprehend of the speculation in regards to the  paternity of Caylee.

Apparently it has been "leaked" that the DNA testing of the strands of hair found in the trunk of Casey's vehicle cannot determine if it belongs to Casey or Caylee.  This implies mitochondrial DNA testing.
However ... according to the "leak" it was determined that the hair strands came from a decomposing body.  So ... in the process of elimination ...

I don't think we know enough to suggest anything about the paternity of that beautiful child .  I, for one, don't want that child accusted of being a product of incest unless I have more info.

I have never sued anyone in my life, but I would sue Padilla for slander if I were Lee.

It could just as easily imply that nucleur DNA was performed with Casey and Cayle coming out with matching DNA markers.  Just like you, I find the thought of incest revolting.  I would also sue Padilla and anyone else who claimed incest with my child if it weren't true.  At this point, we don't know who the father is.  My point is that there are many new posters (and some old ones!) that are jumping on the mtDNA as the only test that was performed by LE, therefore Caylee couldn't be a product of incest.  We don't know this to be fact.  All we do know for a fact is that Caylee's full nucleur DNA is available to LE through Jesse's paternity tests.  I don't want to see theories starting based on information that isn't correct and I don't want Orlando LE to look less that outstanding in the way that they have handled this case.  They should be a model for all LE agencies that are dealing with missing persons.  God knows that Aruba could use a few lessons from them.  You and I might agree or disagree on who Caylee's father is.  That isn't the point here.  Both of us are completely entitled to our opinions and we should be respectful of each other's opinions.  I am concerned about incorrect or partially correct information that has started to be quoted.  I do feel, based on Orlando's record in this case, that all possible DNA tests were done.  It's common sense.  I am just going nuts when I am reading that because the DNA of Caylee and Casey couldn't be distinguished it means that only mtDNA was done.  That statement also could mean that either or both DNA tests could have been performed and the result could just as easily have been matching markers either mitochondrial or nucleur.

There are liabilty reason that are involved. It has nothing to do with Sysco. I am sure that when people from LE/TES speak directly to Sysco there is a way that this can all work.

I am guessing that as an ex LEO Georgie hi waist was licensed to CCW here in Fla, my questions are how did they know exactly where to find it and why did they take it??

Wonder if Leonard found out about it and told LE?  I can see George having guns around especially being and ex-cop and a security guard.  They took it most likely because it violates Casey's bond.

Or maybe the security company he worked for turned it in. Remember yesterday they said he wasn't working anymore and was just going to drive around the state with his sign.

Marya, #2 says: LE says the hair in the back of the car could not be distinguished as belonging to Casey or Caylee.  This suggests common DNA.

The key word here is SUGGESTS.  No one is saying we have the DNA results or that we even know what DNA test was performed.  Law Enforcement released just enough information to place a suggestion in the mind of the public.  That's what #2 means.

Please, take the time to read the previous posts before posting.  I feel like I'm being ignored!     (that's sarcasm, by the way).

George was not arrested so the gun was legally his I presume.
The gun was taken however so I presume it will be tested for recent firing.
Can we speculate why they took the gun if it was legal?   

I think it is in the restrictions of Casey's bonding that there not be a weapon on the premises.  It sounds like LE asked Judge about revoking the bond and he/she refused to revoke.  George probably knew he shouldn't have that gun there.  This family just does what they want... unless he woke up at 2:45 AM and remembered that the gun was in the car... not likely.  I would be curious to know how LE knew it was there and exactly where to look for it.    Hhhmmmm

My guess would be that someone who the Anthonys' consider a friend and is talking to, isn't being a true friend
