Some questions I have about the gun removal this morn

1.  Wouldn't George have voluntarily SURRENDERED it the first time Casey was bonded out?  (He is prior LE he knows the rules!)

2.  Wouldn't George be ASKED by LE to bring it in and surrender it?

3.  Why would LE put it in a brown EVIDENCE bag?

George was not arrested so the gun was legally his I presume.
The gun was taken however so I presume it will be tested for recent firing.
Can we speculate why they took the gun if it was legal?   

I think it is in the restrictions of Casey's bonding that there not be a weapon on the premises.  It sounds like LE asked Judge about revoking the bond and he/she refused to revoke.  George probably knew he shouldn't have that gun there.  This family just does what they want... unless he woke up at 2:45 AM and remembered that the gun was in the car... not likely.  I would be curious to know how LE knew it was there and exactly where to look for it.    Hhhmmmm

My guess would be that someone who the Anthonys' consider a friend and is talking to, isn't being a true friend

George does work for a security company and maybe he needs a gun for work.  If he has a gun and it's legally registered, there should be a license registration with the State of Florida.  They must have known that he has a gun because the reigstration would have popped up on their computers immediately.  I don't know if LE could take the gun away from him if it was required for his occupation.  I have another thought, though......      Now that George and Cindy have become millionaires, I wonder if George has quit his security job.  In that case, LE could take the gun if it is no longer required for his occcupation because Casey has conditions in her bail that say no guns on the property.  I wonder if George is now officially retired?      The timing when they came for the gun is funny.  They could have waited until this morning, but they didn't.  LE is closing in and driving them crazy.

One of the K9 handlers said that they would have an easier time during the search if Casey Anthony or her family would provide them with an item that would have Caylee Anthony's scent on it. According to the handler, an item was requested from the family but they allegedly refused to provide it.

Padillia annoys the heck out of me. I think since he is no longer involved in the bond with Casey that he needs to stay out of this case. JMO

Padilla is a hero in this case as far as I am concerned. He is caring more about Caylee than Casey, the same could be said of us posters since we are and have never been a part of the bond we should stay out of it. don't think so. JMHO

  Why are the police not there putting a parking ticket on the Lawyers car for blocking a public sidewalk. Why are these people allowed to break the law...just like with the tape put around the outside of the sidewalks, instead around the inside/lawn side. Why are they allowed?

It's a finicky POS cam....try refreshing your page or close the window out and open again....I'm having more luck doing this.

OCSO - Orange County Sheriff's Office
C - Cindy
G - George
POS - Piece of S*it
IMO - In My Opinion
LMAO - Laughing My A** Off

Those are just a few off the top of my head acronyms.  It's hard to follow the convo if you don't know them.

I'm stating to like this David Lohr   in that he is at least providing some information

I am happy to report that the volunteer effort has exploded today! I do not have an official count yet but I have personally seen hundreds (possibly a thousand or more) of people come out to join in the search. People from all over the country are here. Some volunteers have brought boats and ATV's, while others have showed up with backpacks and walking sticks.   << snip>>
